BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. A PURCHASE, TRADE, OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).
2. Eligible Areas
The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in jurisdictions where Kraken services are available and where participation in such promotions is permitted under applicable law.
Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible to participate.
Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on April 27, 2026 at 02:00 p.m. UTC and ends on May 29, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. UTC (the “Promotion Period”).
4. How to Participate
Entry via Trade (Primary Method)
To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period:
- Sign up for a Kraken Consumer or Kraken Pro account;
- Complete required identity verification to at least Intermediate KYC level;
- Navigate to the GloryKickboxingFight feature card via the Kraken app or platform;
- Opt in to the Promotion;
- After opting in, place at least one (1) qualifying crypto trade.
Upon completion, participants will receive one (1) entry into the random drawing.
Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
During the Promotion Period, an eligible participant must:
- Follow this hyperlink: https://swpp.me/a/glorytickets
- Follow the instructions to upload a handwritten postcard containing your full name, email address, physical associated with your Kraken account.
- You will be entered into the prize draw
Each valid AMOE submission will receive one (1) entry, equal in weight to trade-based entries.
Participation via the trade method is optional, and the free alternative method of entry provides an equal chance of winning.
5. Maximum Entries
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.
Participants may not use multiple accounts or methods to obtain additional entries.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will be conducted by the Marketing DRI (or designated representative) from:
- Eligible users who opted in and completed qualifying trades; and
- Eligible AMOE entries.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Prize
Four (4) winners will each receive:
- Two (2) Gold Tickets to the Glory Collision 9, Light Heavyweight Grand Prix
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):
- €600 per ticket
- €1,200 total per winner
Total Promotion ARV: €4,800
Prizes are:
- Non-transferable
- Not redeemable for cash
- Subject to substitution by Kraken for a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion
8. Eligibility to Participate
You are eligible if you:
- Reside in an Eligible Area;
- Are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
- Have or create a Kraken Consumer or Pro account if required to receive the prize;
- Agree to Kraken’s Terms of Service and these Official Rules.
9. Disqualification
Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has:
- Violated these Rules or Kraken Terms of Service;
- Used multiple accounts or engaged in manipulation;
- Provided false or misleading information;
- Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
10. Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified via email associated with their Kraken account.
If a winner:
- Cannot be contacted,
- Fails to respond within a reasonable timeframe, or
- Is deemed ineligible,
Kraken reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
11. Consents and Approvals
By entering, you consent to:
- Kraken’s use of your information for Promotion administration;
- Receiving communications related to the Promotion;
- Disclosure of your identifying information if required for prize fulfillment or legal compliance.

12. Disclaimers
Kraken is not responsible for:
- Technical failures or platform issues;
- Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries;
- Any disruption due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, or system outages.
13. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
By participating, you release and hold harmless Kraken and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or use of any prize.
BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE THAT:
(1) ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT CLASS ACTION;
(2) CLAIMS ARE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS NOT EXCEEDING $25;
(3) NO PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES MAY BE AWARDED;
(4) YOU WAIVE RIGHTS TO EQUITABLE RELIEF.
Any dispute arising under or related to this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
All disputes shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England under LCIA rules, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
14. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations associated with receipt of the prize. Kraken does not provide tax advice.
15. General Terms
Kraken reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time;
- Substitute prizes;
- Enforce these Rules at its sole discretion.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Rules, together with the Kraken Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement governing this Promotion.
