KRAK KRABACKS REWARDS PROGRAM – OFFICIAL TERMS


BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.

Eligible Areas

Worldwide, excluding the regions and countries that Kraken does not serve, as listed on this website. Also excluded are Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Sweden, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the U.S. states of Maine, Washington, Indiana, and New York.

Promotion Period

The Promotion will commence on June 26, 2025, at 1:00 pm UTC and will continue until terminated by Kraken at its sole discretion. Kraken reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice.

How to Participate
  1. Users must have a valid and active Krak account.
  2. Once per day, users who complete a qualifying peer-to-peer payment transaction through the Krak app will be eligible to receive a randomized reward (the “KrakBack”).
  3. If eligible, the user and the recipient of the payment transaction will both be eligible to receive the reward.
  4. Participants are limited to one reward per day. Duplicate entries from the same user account within each day (each day begins at midnight in the user’s country) will not trigger multiple rewards.

Determination of Winners

Eligible rewards will be allocated using a predetermined probability assigned to each qualifying Krak payment transaction. The odds of receiving a reward are fixed and do not vary based on the number of participants, transaction volume, or frequency. Each qualifying transfer independently triggers a randomized reward, subject to Kraken’s sole discretion and system availability. Kraken reserves the right to adjust probabilities, suspend, or terminate the availability of prizes at any time, for any reason.

Prizes

Rewards consisting of whole cryptocurrency amounts will be randomly awarded to users and recipients of qualifying Krak payment transactions. Each prize will be a randomly assigned crypto asset in a whole unit, ranging in value from approximately 1 PEPE to 1 BTC. The total approximate retail value (ARV) of any prize will vary based on market price and availability.
Prizes are typically credited to the winner’s Krak or Kraken account following confirmation of eligibility, but Kraken reserves the right to delay crediting for up to 30 days for any reason, including verification, technical, or operational issues.

Krak is an affiliated brand of Kraken.

  1. Eligibility to Participate

You are eligible to participate in the Promotion if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion Period, you:

  • Reside in the Eligible Areas identified above;
  • Agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
  • Agree to these Rules and meet and comply with any and all applicable requirements herein;
  • Are not otherwise ineligible to participate under the Kraken.com Terms of Service, these Rules, or applicable law.

By participating in the Promotion, you represent and warrant that you meet, and will continue to meet throughout the Promotion Period, each of the above criteria and are eligible to participate in the Promotion.

  1. Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify you if Kraken determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Rules, including the Kraken.com Terms of Service or applicable law.

  1. Notification of Winner

Winners will be notified via the Krak app or any communication means provided by the participant, which may include in-app notifications, email, or direct message. Winners must provide any additional requested information to verify eligibility.

  1. Consents and Approvals

By entering the Promotion, you agree that any content and any other information submitted by you or collected by Kraken in connection with the Promotion may be used by Kraken and its affiliated business entities. Further, you consent to and opt-in to receive communications, including marketing communications, from Kraken. You authorize Kraken and its agents to obtain and deliver your name, address and other information to third parties for the purposes of administering this Promotion and complying with applicable laws.
If you are a winner, your identifying information may be disclosed to third parties to facilitate the Promotion and comply with applicable law, tax, and reporting requirements. Kraken will use personal information collected in connection with the Promotion in accordance with its privacy policy.

  1. Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for any changes or unavailability of your internet or any other interference with your ability to access or otherwise participate in the Promotion. Without limiting any other provision in these Rules, Kraken is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss resulting from this Promotion.

  1. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Kraken from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability that may arise from your acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize or your participation in this Promotion.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY CLAIMS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS, NOT TO EXCEED $25.00; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be determined by binding arbitration in London, England, under LCIA rules. Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  1. General Rules

Kraken may modify or cancel this Promotion at any time. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver. Kraken’s decisions are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law.
