1. Sponsor
This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).
2. Eligible Areas
The Promotion is open only to eligible participants residing in Spain.
The United Kingdom and any other jurisdictions where such promotions are restricted are excluded.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on April 17, 2026 at 00:00 UTC and ends on April 26, 2026 at 23:59 UTC (“Promotion Period”).
4. Promotion Structure
This Promotion consists of two components:
- Guaranteed Incentive (Atletico Scarf) – awarded to all eligible participants who complete specified actions.
- Sweepstakes (Atletico Copa Del Rey Shirt) – winners selected by random drawing.
5. How to Participate
A. Atletico Scarf (Incentive)
Participation in the activation is open to all attendees, on-site at the Copa Del Rey x Kraken activation stand during the Promotion Period.
Eligible participants who engage in the activation may receive a promotional item (Atletico scarf), subject to availability and eligibility criteria.
- A Kraken account may be required only for reward fulfilment where applicable.
Rewards are distributed on-site, while supplies last, and are not guaranteed.
B. Atletico Copa Del Rey Shirt (Sweepstakes Entry)
To enter the sweepstakes, you must:
- Engage with the activation experience during the Promotion Period; and
- Complete the entry flow before April 26, 2026 at 23:59 UTC
The entry flow may include optional trading activity.
Participation via the free alternative method of entry provides an equal chance of winning.
C. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
During the Promotion Period, an eligible participant must:

- Follow the instructions to upload a handwritten postcard containing your full name, email address, physical associated with your Kraken account.
- You will be entered into the prize draw
Each valid AMOE submission will receive one (1) entry, equal in weight to trade-based entries.
Entry Limit
- Limit one (1) entry per person/account.
6. Winner Selection
- Atletico Scarf: All eligible participants receive the reward (no randomness).
- Copa Del Rey Shirt:
- 200 winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries.
- Drawing will occur after the Promotion Period.
7. Reward
A. Atletico Scarf
- One (1) Atletico scarf per eligible participant
- Non-transferable; no cash alternative
B. Atletico Copa Del Rey Shirt
- One (1) Atletico Copa Del Rey shirt per winner
- Total winners: 200
- Non-transferable; no cash alternative
Kraken reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value.
8. Eligibility to Participate
You are eligible if you:
- Reside in Spain;
- Are at least 18 years old (or age of majority);
- Create a Kraken account if required for prize fulfilment, subject to applicable KYC requirements;
- Agree to Kraken Terms of Service and these Rules.
9. Disqualification
Kraken may disqualify any participant who:
- Violates these Rules or Kraken Terms of Service;
- Uses multiple accounts;
- Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior;
- Attempts to circumvent entry limits.
10. Notification and Reward Delivery
- Scarves will be distributed on-site, while supplies last.
- Sweepstakes winners will receive rewards within 30 days of eligibility confirmation.
- Kraken may request additional verification before issuing rewards.
- Accounts must be active and in good standing at time of reward issuance.
11. Consents and Privacy
By participating, you:
- Consent to Kraken’s use of your data for promotion administration;
- Agree to receive communications, including marketing;
- Acknowledge data handling per: https://kraken.com/legal/privacy
Winner information may be shared where required by law.
12. Disclaimers
Kraken is not responsible for:
- Technical failures, connectivity issues, or participation disruptions;
- Events beyond its control including force majeure events.
13. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
By participating, you release Kraken from any claims arising from participation or reward use.
BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE THAT:
- Disputes will be resolved individually (no class actions);
- Damages are limited to out-of-pocket costs (max $25);
- No punitive or consequential damages may be claimed.
Governing Law:
These Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Arbitration:
All disputes shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London under LCIA rules.
Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
14. Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any applicable taxes.
15. General Rules
- Kraken may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time.
- Decisions by Kraken are final.
- If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
- These Rules constitute the entire agreement governing the Promotion.
