TradingView Essentials Promotion
Effective Date: 28 July 2026
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.
1. Sponsor
This TradingView Essentials Plan Launch Promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Tulip HoldCo Ltd., a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands with its registered office at 2nd Floor, Water's Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands ("Sponsor" or "Kraken").
2. Eligible Areas
The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), the United States (excluding Maine, New York, and Florida), Canada (excluding Quebec), Australia, and other jurisdictions where Kraken services are available.
Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited.
Additional terms for Argentina participants are set out in Section 16.
3. Promotion Period
This Promotion begins 28 July 2026 at 00:00 UTC and ends 30 September 2026 at 23:59 UTC (the "Promotion Period"), unless extended, modified, or terminated earlier by Sponsor.
4. How to Participate
During the Promotion Period, an eligible customer may participate by: (a) creating a new Kraken account via the dedicated TradingView-linked sign-up link; or (b) creating a new Kraken account and entering the promotional invite code "tradingview2026" at registration. Only one method of entry is required. There is no free alternative method of entry. This Promotion is an incentive, not a sweepstakes or contest, and no purchase or payment is required to enter — however, account creation and identity verification are required to receive the Reward as described below.
5. Reward
Eligible participants who satisfy the requirements of Sections 4, 6, and 8 will receive one unique promotional code redeemable for a one (1) month TradingView Essentials Plan, redeemable directly on TradingView (the "Reward"), with an approximate retail value of USD $20.
The Reward is available to every eligible participant who completes the qualifying activity, subject to a maximum aggregate Reward pool established by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the Promotion early in accordance with Section 14 if the maximum Reward pool is reached.
The Reward is non-transferable and has no cash redemption value. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Limit one Reward per person, household, and Kraken account.
6. Eligibility to Participate
To participate, an individual must: (a) be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater; (b) be a resident of an Eligible Area at the time of enrolment; and (c) not hold, and never have held, an existing Kraken account.
7. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: engages in wash trading, self-funding, or self-dealing to artificially qualify for the Reward; uses a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic eligibility restrictions; creates or uses multiple or duplicate accounts to obtain more than one Reward; or provides false or misleading information in connection with the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to reclaim or claw back a Reward from any participant later found to reside in a jurisdiction that is not an Eligible Area.
8. Kraken Account and Reward Distribution
To receive the Reward, a participant must, before Reward fulfilment, have: (a) a Kraken Pro account in good standing; and (b) completed Intermediate KYC verification, plus any additional verification required by Kraken or applicable law. If these requirements are not met at the time of distribution, the Reward may be forfeited or clawed back.
The Reward code will be delivered by email within 24 to 48 hours of successful completion of the requirements above.
9. Consents and Approvals
By participating, each participant consents to Sponsor's collection, use, and processing of their information in connection with the Promotion, in accordance with Kraken's Privacy Policy, available at https://kraken.com/legal/privacy.

Participation in this Promotion involves trading digital assets, which carries risk, including the risk of loss of capital and price volatility. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing in this Promotion constitutes investment advice. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, network errors, or other issues beyond its reasonable control that affect a participant's ability to participate or receive the Reward, including issues arising from TradingView's platform or code redemption process. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and any marketing materials describing the Promotion, these Official Rules shall control.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to and hereby release and hold harmless Tulip HoldCo Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Kraken") from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability ("Claims") arising out of or relating to your participation in this Promotion or receipt or use of the Reward, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN YOU AND KRAKEN ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE US DOLLARS (USD $25.00). Participants are solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes associated with receipt or use of the Reward. Kraken does not provide tax advice.

14. General Terms
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time at its sole discretion. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between participants and Sponsor with respect to the Promotion and supersede all prior communications. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
