By entering this Promotion you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the Kraken Terms of Service applicable to you. The winner is selected at random.
1. Sponsor
The Promotion is sponsored by Tulip HoldCo Ltd., 2nd Floor, Water’s Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”). Krak services are provided by the Kraken group entity identified in the Krak terms that apply to you. Prizes under this Promotion will be provided by Tulip HoldCo Ltd. or an affiliate of Tulip HoldCo Ltd. acting on its behalf.
2. Eligible Areas
The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the United States (excluding Maine and New York), Canada (excluding Quebec), Australia, and other jurisdictions where Kraken services are available. Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited. Australian clients are served by BitTrade Pty Limited with respect to this Promotion.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 00:01 UTC on 8 November 2026 and ends at 23:59 UTC on 23 November 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Only entries made within the Promotion Period are valid. All times are UTC.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter you must hold a Krak account in good standing with an active Kraktag (your Krak handle), and have an Instagram or X account.
4.2 During the Promotion Period, on the qualifying post published by @krakenfx on Instagram or on X (each a “Qualifying Post”): (a) like the Qualifying Post; and (b) comment on (Instagram) or reply to (X) the Qualifying Post with your own Kraktag. Both steps are required. Entries that complete only one step are invalid.
4.3 The Kraktag you submit must be your own and must match the Krak account you hold. Entries with a Kraktag that does not resolve to a valid Krak account are invalid. Comments or replies that are private, deleted, hidden, or otherwise cannot be verified will not be counted.
4.4 Limit of one (1) entry per person per platform, being a maximum of two (2) entries per person in total (one on Instagram and one on X). Duplicate or repeat comments from the same account will be disregarded and only the first valid entry counted. Use of multiple social media accounts, or bulk, automated, scripted, or bot-generated entries, is prohibited and will be disqualified.
4.5 Free entry. There is no paid method of entry. No purchase, deposit, trade, or payment of any kind will give you additional entries or a better chance of winning. All valid entries have an equal chance of being drawn.
4.6 You must comply with the terms of use of Instagram or X (as applicable) when entering.
5. Winner Selection
After the Promotion Period ends, all valid entries from both platforms will be consolidated into a single pool, and one (1) winner will be selected at random using a verifiable randomiser. The drawing will be conducted by Kraken on or about 24 November 2026, witnessed by a member of Kraken’s compliance team, and a record of the entry pool and drawing will be retained. Reserve winners will be drawn at the same time, in order, and used if the first-drawn winner is ineligible, unreachable, or forfeits. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
6. Prize
6.1 One (1) prize consisting of four (4) tickets to WWE Survivor Series: WarGames at Daikin Park, Houston, Texas, on Saturday 28 November 2026 (the “Event”) (the “Prize”). Approximate retail value: USD 1,600 (approximately USD 400 per ticket), or approximately AUD 2,300. Only one (1) Prize will be awarded. Any guest under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, in line with the Event’s ticket terms.
6.2 The Prize is delivered electronically to the email address provided by the winner. The winner may attend with up to three (3) guests. The Prize may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or exchanged, and there is no cash alternative.
6.3 NOT INCLUDED: travel to or from the Event, flights, ground transport, parking, accommodation, food and beverage, merchandise, insurance, visas or travel documentation, and any other cost or expense of any kind. The winner is solely responsible for all such costs and for attending the Event.
6.4 Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of WWE, the venue and the ticketing provider (see Annex A). If the Event is postponed, rescheduled, modified, or cancelled, Kraken’s sole obligation is to provide tickets for the rescheduled Event where issued, or otherwise to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value in its discretion. Kraken may likewise substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize is unavailable for any reason. Kraken is not responsible for changes to the Event line-up, programming, or start time.
7. Kraken Account and KYC Requirement
To receive the Prize, the winner must, before Prize fulfilment, hold a Krak account in good standing and have completed the identity verification required to hold a Krak account, plus any additional verification required by Kraken or applicable law. A winner who does not satisfy these requirements forfeits the Prize, and Kraken may award it to the next reserve winner.
8. Eligibility
To participate you must: (a) reside in an Eligible Area (Section 2); (b) be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence; (c) have read and agreed to these Official Rules and the Kraken Terms of Service; and (d) not be ineligible to participate under applicable law. Employees, officers, directors and contractors of Sponsor, its affiliates, WWE and their promotional or advertising agencies, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible.
9. Disqualification
Kraken may disqualify any entrant, and void any entry, that it determines in its discretion: involves fraud or false or misleading information; uses multiple accounts, bots, scripts, or automation; uses a Kraktag that is not the entrant’s own; tampers with or circumvents the entry process or the Promotion; or breaches these Official Rules or the Kraken Terms of Service.
10. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfilment
10.1 The winner will be notified within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing by direct message from the verified @krakenfx account on the platform used to enter and/or by email to the address associated with their Krak account.
10.2 The winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification and provide: their full legal name; confirmation that they are 18 or older; an email address for Prize delivery; and any further information Kraken reasonably requires to verify eligibility (including country of residence and, for US winners, a completed IRS Form W-9).
10.3 If the winner does not respond in time, cannot be verified, is ineligible, or declines the Prize, the Prize is forfeited and Kraken may award it to the next reserve winner. Kraken will never ask a winner to pay a fee or to share passwords, seed phrases, or private keys.
10.4 Canada — skill-testing question. A Canadian resident selected as a potential winner must, to be declared the winner, correctly answer without assistance a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Kraken electronically. A potential winner who answers incorrectly or does not answer within the time in Section 10.2 is disqualified and the Prize is awarded to the next reserve winner.
10.5 Australia. As the Prize is valued at more than AUD 1,000, Kraken will publish the winner’s name and State or Territory of residence on the page hosting these Official Rules promptly after the drawing, and in any event within the period required by applicable law, and will retain records of the Promotion for the period required by applicable law.
11. Consents and Approvals / Data and Privacy
By entering, you consent to Kraken processing your Kraktag, your publicly posted entry, and the information you provide to administer the Promotion (verifying eligibility, drawing and notifying the winner, and delivering the Prize). To the extent permitted by law, the winner consents to Kraken publishing their Kraktag or social handle in connection with the Promotion without further compensation. Kraken may share the winner’s name and email address with WWE, the ticketing provider and the venue as necessary to deliver the Prize. Personal data is processed in accordance with Kraken’s Privacy Notice, available via https://www.kraken.com/legal. Entries are posted publicly on third-party platforms and are subject to those platforms’ terms and privacy policies.
12. Disclaimers
12.1 Kraken is not responsible for any failure, delay, or error caused by events beyond its reasonable control (including force majeure events), platform outages or unavailability (including Instagram or X), network, hardware, or software failures, or for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected.
12.2 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or X Corp., and you release them from any liability in connection with the Promotion. Direct any questions to Sponsor, not to those platforms.
12.3 WWE, Survivor Series, WarGames and all related names, logos and marks are the property of WWE and its affiliates or licensors and are used under license pursuant to Kraken’s partnership with WWE. WWE does not administer the Promotion and has no responsibility or liability to any entrant in connection with it.
13. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to and hereby release and hold harmless Tulip HoldCo Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Kraken”) from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (“Claims”) arising from or related to your participation in this Promotion or your receipt or use of any Prize, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.
In addition, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you release WWE and its affiliates, the owner and operator of the venue, and the ticketing provider (together, the “Event Parties”) from any Claims arising from or related to the Prize, the Event, or your or your guests’ travel to, attendance at, or participation in the Event.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN YOU AND KRAKEN ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE US DOLLARS (USD $25.00). ATTORNEYS’ FEES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE; (3) YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS; AND (4) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES ONLY AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.

14. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and other costs arising from receipt or use of the Prize. Kraken does not provide tax advice. Winners may be required to provide tax information (for example, an IRS Form W-9 for US winners) before Prize fulfilment, and Kraken may report the Prize to tax authorities where required by law.
15. General Terms
Kraken may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time, at its sole discretion, including if it cannot proceed as planned (for example, due to fraud, technical failure, or cancellation of the Event); if the Promotion is terminated, Kraken may select the winner from valid entries received before that point. To the extent permitted by law, Kraken’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final and binding. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Official Rules are published at kraken.com/legal/wwe-ticket-giveaway.
Annex A — Event Ticket Terms
The tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of WWE, the venue and the ticketing provider for WWE Survivor Series: WarGames, set out below.
