Kraken Pro Futures — $20 First Trade Reward

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.
1. Sponsor
This Promotion is sponsored by Tulip HoldCo Ltd., 2nd Floor, Water’s Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (“Kraken” or the “Sponsor”).
In jurisdictions not listed above, Kraken Futures is provided by Payward Digital Solutions Ltd. which is licensed to conduct digital asset business by the Bermuda Monetary Authority. 2. Eligible Areas
This Promotion is open to eligible customers in jurisdictions where Kraken Pro Futures trading is available, excluding the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, and Canada. Void where prohibited.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on the Effective Date and ends when the enrolment cap is reached. The Sponsor may extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Promotion Period with reasonable notice, subject to applicable law.
4. How to Participate / Qualifying Activity
Enrol via the Kraken Pro Promotions screen, deposit $20 by bank transfer and complete a first futures trade with a notional value of at least US $1,000 within 7 days of enrolling and during the Promotion Period.
5. Reward
Each eligible participant who completes the qualifying activity will receive US $20 in Bitcoin (BTC). Limit one Reward per person, account, and household.
The Reward is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value if the specified Reward becomes unavailable for any reason.
Rewards for this offer are limited to 100 in total. Once 100 Rewards have been issued, the offer will be withdrawn and no further Rewards will be issued.
6. Eligibility to Participate
To be eligible to participate, an individual must, at the time of enrolment:
- be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater;
- be a resident of an Eligible Area as set out in Section 2;
- hold a Kraken Pro account with futures trading enabled; and
- be new to futures trading on Kraken (i.e. have not previously placed a futures trade on Kraken).
7. Disqualification
Kraken may disqualify a participant and withhold or claw back any Reward if the participant:
- engages in wash trading, self-dealing, self-funding, or any trading intended primarily to satisfy the qualifying activity rather than for genuine market exposure;
- uses a VPN, proxy, or other means to misrepresent their location or circumvent geographic restrictions;
- opens or uses multiple or duplicate accounts to participate more than once;
- provides false or misleading information; or
- is found to be resident in an ineligible jurisdiction, in which case any Reward already credited may be clawed back.
8. Reward Distribution
To receive the Reward, a participant must, before reward fulfilment, have: (a) a Kraken Pro account in good standing with futures trading enabled; and (b) completed Intermediate verification, plus any additional verification required by Kraken or applicable law. If these requirements are not met at the time of distribution, the Reward may be forfeited or clawed back.
The Reward is credited in BTC automatically within four (4) days of completing the qualifying deposit and futures trade.
9. Consents and Approvals
By participating, each participant consents to Kraken’s processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering this Promotion, in accordance with the Kraken Privacy Policy available at https://kraken.com/legal/privacy.
10. Disclaimers
Futures trading involves significant risk. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses, and you may lose more than your initial margin. Futures products are complex and may not be suitable for all investors. Nothing in this Promotion constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Kraken is not responsible for technical failures, network errors, or any other issues that may affect participation or reward fulfilment. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and any marketing materials, these Official Rules shall control.
11. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to and hereby release and hold harmless Tulip HoldCo Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Kraken”) from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability arising from or in connection with your participation in this Promotion or your receipt or use of any Reward.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
(1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN YOU AND KRAKEN ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION;
(2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE US DOLLARS (USD $25.00). ATTORNEYS' FEES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE;
(3) YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS; AND (4) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES ONLY AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.
Dispute resolution and governing law are governed by the Kraken Terms of Service applicable to you, available at https://www.kraken.com/legal/global-terms, including all dispute resolution and governing law provisions contained therein.

12. Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes arising from their receipt or use of a Reward. Kraken does not provide tax advice; participants should consult their own tax advisers.
13. General Terms
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time with reasonable notice. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between the participant and the Sponsor with respect to this Promotion and supersede any prior communications. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No failure or delay by the Sponsor in exercising any right shall operate as a waiver of that right.
