BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.
1. Sponsor
This promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by Tulip HoldCo Ltd., 2nd Floor, Water's Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands ("Kraken" or "Sponsor").
2. Eligible Areas
The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), the United States (excluding Maine, New York, Florida, and Rhode Island), and other jurisdictions where Kraken services are available. Residents of Canada and the United Kingdom are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins July 15, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time and ends July 16, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor may extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at its discretion.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, follow @KrakenFX on X and repost the designated Promotion post. No purchase, payment, Kraken account, or funding of any kind is required to enter. Limit: one (1) entry per person, regardless of how many times the post is reposted. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X or X Corp.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected at random by Kraken, in its sole discretion, from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive two (2) Category 2 tickets to the FIFA World Cup 26™ Final at MetLife Stadium (the "Prize"). Approximate retail value: US$7,380 per ticket (US$14,760 total), based on FIFA's official ticket pricing as of the date of this Promotion. The Prize is non-transferable except as required by FIFA's official ticket transfer/registration process. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated Prize becomes unavailable.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA or the FIFA World Cup 26™. "FIFA," "FIFA World Cup," and related marks are trademarks of Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA). By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to comply with all applicable FIFA ticketing terms and conditions (available at FIFA.com/tickets), which govern use, transfer, and entry to the event, and releases FIFA, its affiliates, and the host venue from any liability arising from use of the Prize.
7. Account Verification and Tax Documentation
No Kraken account or KYC verification is required to enter or to be selected as winner. As a condition of Prize fulfillment, the winner must provide Sponsor with identifying information and complete any tax reporting documentation (e.g., Form W-9 or W-8BEN, as applicable based on residency) reasonably required by Sponsor to comply with applicable law.
8. Eligibility
Open to natural persons who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, who reside in an Eligible Area (Section 2), and who are not otherwise ineligible to participate under applicable law. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the Kraken Terms of Service.
9. Disqualification
Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who submits false or fraudulent information, uses multiple accounts or bots, tampers with the entry process, or otherwise attempts to circumvent these Official Rules.
10. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfillment
The potential winner will be notified via direct message on X within 1 hour of the end of the Promotion Period. The potential winner must respond within 2 hours and complete the verification and documentation required under Section 7. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, or fails to satisfy the requirements of these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner or to not award the Prize.
11. Consents and Data / Privacy
By entering, participants consent to Sponsor's use of their X username and entry content for the administration of this Promotion, and to receive communications related to the Promotion. Sponsor may disclose entrant information to third parties (including FIFA and its ticketing agents) as necessary to administer the Promotion and fulfill the Prize. See Kraken's Privacy Policy for further detail.
12. Disclaimers
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, platform outages, lost or delayed entries, or any other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or technical, that may affect the administration of the Promotion. Sponsor's obligations are subject to force majeure.
13. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
By participating in the Promotion you agree to and hereby do release and hold Kraken, FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association), and their respective affiliates harmless from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability ("Claims") that may arise from your acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize or your participation in this Promotion, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN YOU AND KRAKEN ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, (IF ANY), NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND YOU HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; (4) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. All other participants: https://www.kraken.com/legal/global-terms. By participating, you agree to those provisions as they apply to your relationship with Kraken.
14. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, local, and foreign taxes arising from receipt of the Prize. Sponsor does not provide tax advice. Where required by law, Sponsor will issue tax reporting forms (e.g., IRS Form 1099) to the winner.
15. General Terms
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time. All decisions of Sponsor regarding the Promotion are final. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

FIFA shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or any prize awarded.
Winners and their guest ("Attendees") shall be required to register to, and download the official FIFA World Cup 2026™ tournament mobile application in order to receive the tickets to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Final. Attendees agree to comply with the FIFA Ticket Terms of Use ("FIFA Terms") applicable to their ticket(s) to the FIFA World Cup 2026™. The Terms of Use, along with any other ticket terms and conditions, are available (or will be made available) on FIFA.com/tickets. Tickets are intended solely for use by the Attendees and may not be provided to any other person, including through resale, exchange, or barter. Any such resale, exchange, barter, or other commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture, and invalidation of the licence granted for the tickets. All FIFA World Cup 2026™ venue restrictions and rules governing stadium safety, security and conduct also apply, including those set out in the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Stadium Code of Conduct ("Stadium Code of Conduct"), available on FIFA.com/tickets. Attendees are expected to respect other guests and event staff and must refrain from using foul or offensive language, obscene gestures, or engaging in unruly, disruptive, threatening or violent behavior. The Stadium Code of Conduct, the Terms of Use and all other applicable terms and conditions available on FIFA.com/tickets are deemed to be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. FIFA and/or its affiliates reserve the right to cancel any ticket(s) if FIFA determines an Attendee has failed to comply with the Terms of Use, the Stadium Code of Conduct, or any other applicable terms and conditions.
