Kraken x Tottenham Hotspur – Third Kit Trade & Win Incentive

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Each USD $1 or more (or equivalent) of qualifying trade volume earns one (1) entry, up to a maximum of one (1)  entry per participant. The free Alternative Method of Entry described in Section 4 provides one (1) entry carrying an equal chance of winning per entry as entries earned through qualifying trades.

1. Sponsor. Tulip HoldCo Ltd., 2nd Floor, Water’s Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. The Sponsor is the promoter/administrator of the Promotion and is solely responsible for the operation and administration of the Promotion (including the collection and processing of entrant data), except to the extent that Tottenham Hotspur Athletic Co. Limited (the “Club”) is required to verify and fulfil any match ticket prize(s) and enforce stadium and ticketing terms and conditions (including Annex A). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Club bears no responsibility or liability for the Promotion except as expressly stated in these rules.

2. Eligible Areas. The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the United States (excluding Maine, New York, and Florida), Canada (excluding Quebec), and other jurisdictions where Kraken services are available. Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period. September 14, 2026, 11:00 UTC to October 31, 2026, 23:59 UTC.

4. How to Enter.

(a) Enrollment. To participate, download the Kraken app, create or log in to your Kraken account, and opt in to the Tottenham Hotspur Third Kit Giveaway in-app during the Promotion Period. Enrollment is free and does not require a trade.

(b) Entry by qualifying trade. After enrolling, every USD $1 or more (or local currency equivalent) of qualifying spot trading volume completed during the Promotion Period earns one (1) entry. Only trades placed after enrollment count toward entries. Stablecoin pairs are excluded from qualifying trade volume. The maximum number of entries earned through qualifying trades is 1 per participant.

(c) Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). No purchase or trade is necessary to enter. During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may obtain one (1) entry free of charge by visiting https://swpp.me/a/thfc3rdkitsweeps  and following the instructions. Limit one (1) free entry per person per Promotion Period. Entries obtained through the free method of entry carry an equal chance of winning per entry as entries earned through qualifying trades.

(d) Entry limits. The maximum number of entries per participant across all entry methods combined is (1) one. Entries generated by scripts, bots, or automated means are void.

5. Winner Selection. The Sponsor shall select the Winner(s) at random from all eligible entries as follows: two hundred (200) Winners will each receive one (1)  Third Kit Prize, and one (1) Winner will receive the Grand Prize.

6. Prize / Reward.

6.1Two hundred (200) Winners will each receive one (1) x Tottenham Hotspur 2026/27 third kit (Approximate Retail Value: USD 90 each; Total ARV: USD 18,000).

6.2One (1) grand-prize Winner, drawn from all eligible entrants, will receive match tickets and a travel voucher (Approximate Retail Value: up to USD 2,000).

6.3Total announced prize pool ARV: up to USD 20,000. Prizes are non-transferable and may be subject to substitution of equal or greater value at Kraken’s discretion, this does not apply to any Match Tickets, which are excluded from Kraken’s substitution rights and are subject to the Club’s discretion and applicable ticketing terms and conditions.

6.4Match tickets are subject to the Club’s ticketing terms and conditions, attached as Annex A The Club reserves the right to refuse entry, invalidate any entry, disqualify any entrant and/or withhold, cancel, withdraw or recover any match ticket(s) where it reasonably believes that the Winner or any guest has breached these Terms and Conditions, any applicable Club policies, any applicable ticketing terms and conditions or stadium ground regulations. Any Winner (and any guest) awarded match ticket(s) acknowledges and agrees that use of the match ticket(s) is subject to, and that they shall comply with, the applicable ticketing terms and conditions and stadium ground regulations at all times.

7. Kraken Account and KYC Requirement. To receive a Prize, a participant must, before the end of the Promotion Period and before prize fulfillment, have: (a) a Kraken account in good standing; and (b) completed at least Intermediate KYC verification, plus any additional verification required by Kraken or applicable law in the participant’s jurisdiction.

8. Eligibility. Open only to residents of the Eligible Areas above who meet the age of majority in their jurisdiction and agree to these Rules and the Kraken Terms of Service.

9. Disqualification. Kraken may disqualify any entrant for fraud, false information, use of bots or multiple accounts, or attempts to circumvent these Rules.

10. Skill-Testing Question (Canada only). Canadian Winners must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question before any prize is awarded.

11. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfillment. Winners will be notified and prizes fulfilled within up to fourteen (14) days following the end of the Promotion Period. A prize will be deemed claimed only when the Winner has responded to the notification and provided all information reasonably requested by the Sponsor within fourteen (14) days of notification. If a Winner does not claim a prize within that period, the prize may be forfeited, and the Sponsor may select an alternate Winner in accordance with these Rules. The Club accepts no responsibility for entries, Winner notifications, Winner communications or the administration of the Prize draw by the Sponsor.

12. Consents and Data/Privacy. Kraken may disclose to the Club such personal data of Winners (and, where applicable, their guest(s)) as is reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, allocate and deliver match ticket(s), administer entry to the stadium, and enforce the stadium and ticketing terms in Annex A. Any personal data it (Kraken) receives for those purposes will be processed in accordance with its own privacy notice and applicable laws and regulations relating to the processing of personal data. All personal data held and used by the Club will be processed in accordance with the Club’s privacy policy (which can be found at https://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/information/privacy-policy).

13. Disclaimers.

13.1Kraken is not responsible for technical failures, platform outages, or events beyond its reasonable control.

13.2All Promotion enquiries, entry issues, eligibility questions, Winner selection, and prize fulfilment queries must be directed to the Sponsor. The Club does not provide customer support for the Promotion and will refer any Promotion-related customer contacts to the Sponsor.

14. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law.

14.1In this section 14, Released Parties shall mean: (i)Tulip HoldCo Ltd. and its affiliates, and each of their representatives, officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, “Kraken Parties”); and (ii) Tottenham Hotspur Athletic Co. Limited and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Club Parties”, and together with the Kraken Parties, the “Released Parties”).

14.2By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Promotion is operated and administered by the Sponsor. The Club’s involvement is limited to making the match ticket(s) available (where applicable) and administering entry to the relevant match in accordance with the Club’s ticketing terms and conditions, stadium ground regulations and applicable Club policies.

14.3To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, each participant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) of any kind (collectively, “Claims”) arising out of or in connection with:

(a) your entry into and/or participation in the Promotion;

(b) the acceptance, possession, use, misuse or inability to use any prize (including any match ticket(s));

(c) attendance at, or travel to or from, any match or related activity; and/or

(d) any act or omission of any third party (including other spectators), whether such Claims are known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.

15. Taxes. Participants are solely responsible for any taxes arising from a prize. Kraken does not provide tax advice. Of the Winners, only the grand-prize Winner (USD 2,000) exceeds the USD 600 threshold triggering IRS Form 1099; the 200 kit Winners (USD 90 each) do not.

The grand-prize winner who is a US resident will be required to complete a W-9 (US person) or W-8BEN (non-US person) before prize fulfilment.

16. General Terms. Kraken may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at its discretion. The Sponsor’s  decisions relating to the administration of the Promotion (including the Winner selection) are final, subject always to the Club’s rights in respect of match ticket(s) and stadium entry. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder continues in effect.
