1. Sponsor
This Promotion is sponsored by Tulip HoldCo Ltd., 2nd Floor, Water's Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands ("Sponsor" or "Kraken").
2. Eligible Areas
The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), the United States (excluding Maine and New York), Canada (excluding Quebec), and other jurisdictions where Kraken services are available. Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins September 6, 2026, at 12:01 AM UTC and ends September 7, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC ("Promotion Period").
4. How to Enter
No purchase, deposit, or trade is required to enter. During the Promotion Period, to submit an entry a participant must, on a public X (formerly Twitter) account: (a) repost @KrakenFx competition post; (b) post on X and tag @KrakenFx and @WilliamsF1; and (c) include a written statement describing what the participant would do with $500. Maximum one (1) entry per participant. Multiple entries from the same person, account, or household will be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random draw conducted by Kraken in its sole discretion from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Canada only: A winner residing in Canada must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, before being awarded the prize.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $500 (USD) pre-funded Kraken Card (approximate retail value: $500). Total prize pool: $500. The prize is non-transferable. No cash or other substitution is permitted except at Kraken's sole discretion, in which case Kraken may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
7. Prize Redemption Requirement
As a condition of prize redemption, the winner must have an active Kraken Physical Card, or must order one, prior to receiving the prize. The Kraken Physical Card is available at no cost; however, possession of an active card is a mandatory prerequisite for participation in and eligibility to receive the prize under this promotion.
8. Kraken Account and KYC Requirement
To receive the prize, the winner must, before prize fulfillment: (a) hold a Kraken account in good standing; and (b) complete Kraken's KYC verification requirements applicable to the winner's jurisdiction. A Kraken account is required only to receive the prize, not to enter or qualify.
9. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the jurisdictions identified in Section 2 who are of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Kraken, Atlassian Williams F1 Team, and their respective affiliates, and immediate family members or household members of the same, are not eligible. By entering, participants represent that their participation does not violate any law applicable to them.
10. Disqualification
Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits fraudulent, false, or non-original content, uses multiple accounts or automated/bot entry methods, or otherwise attempts to circumvent these Official Rules.
11. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfillment
The winner will be notified via the X account used to submit the winning entry and/or the email address on file with their Kraken account within a reasonable time after the draw. The winner must respond and satisfy the requirements in Section 7 within the timeframe specified in the notification, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner in Kraken's sole discretion.
12. Consents and Approvals / Data and Privacy
Where required by applicable law (including for participants in the European Economic Area), consent to Kraken's use of entry content (including the X post and written statement) for promotional purposes is separate from participation in this Promotion and will be sought through a separate opt-in mechanism. Participation is not conditional on providing such consent. Where consent is provided, it may be withdrawn at any time in accordance with the applicable Privacy Notice. Participants consent to Kraken's collection and use of personal data as described in Kraken's Privacy Notice and to receive communications related to the Promotion and prize fulfillment. Kraken may disclose entrant information to third parties solely for the administration of the Promotion.
13. Disclaimers
Kraken is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or misdirected due to technical failure, platform outage, or events beyond Kraken's reasonable control, including acts of God, war, or other force majeure events.
14. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to and hereby release and hold harmless Tulip HoldCo Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Kraken") from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability ("Claims") arising from or related to your participation in this Promotion or your receipt or use of any prize, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN YOU AND KRAKEN ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE US DOLLARS (USD $25.00). ATTORNEYS' FEES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE; (3) YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS; AND (4) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES ONLY AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.
Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of the Kraken Terms of Service applicable to the participant's jurisdiction: EEA participants — Kraken EEA Terms of Service, Section 15; Canadian participants — Kraken Canada Terms of Service; all other participants — Kraken Global Terms of Service.
15. Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of the prize. Kraken does not provide tax advice.
16. General Terms
Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time for reasons including but not limited to fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Kraken's reasonable control. All decisions by Kraken regarding the Promotion are final. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
17. Third-Party Trademark Acknowledgment
Atlassian Williams F1 Team, and associated names, logos, and marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced pursuant to Kraken's partnership with Atlassian Williams F1 Team. This Promotion is independently administered by Kraken. Atlassian Williams F1 Team bears no responsibility or liability for the administration of this Promotion, entrant content, or prize fulfillment.
