Section 1 — Sponsor
This Promotion is sponsored by Tulip HoldCo Ltd., 2nd Floor, Water's Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands ("Kraken" or "Sponsor").
For participants in the European Economic Area: trading and related services are provided by Payward Europe Solutions Limited ("PESL"), a company incorporated and registered in Ireland. For participants in Australia: trading and related services are provided by BitTrade Pty Limited, Unit 610, 478 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia. For participants in Canada: trading and related services are provided by Payward Canada, Inc.
Section 2 — Eligible Areas
The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), the United States (excluding Maine and New York), Canada (excluding Quebec), and other jurisdictions where Kraken services are available. Residents of the United Kingdom and Brazil are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
Australian clients are served by BitTrade Pty Limited with respect to this Promotion.
Section 3 — Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on June 29, 2026 00:00 UTC and ends on August 31, 2026 23:59 UTC (the "Promotion Period"). Kraken reserves the right to extend, shorten, or terminate the Promotion Period at any time in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
Section 4 — How to Participate
To participate in this Promotion, you must, during the Promotion Period:
- Click on the designated TradingView integration signup link provided by Kraken or TradingView;
- Open a new Kraken Pro account (the "Account"); and
- Complete at least Intermediate KYC verification on your Account in accordance with Kraken's verification requirements.
This Promotion is open to new Kraken Pro accounts only. Existing Kraken account holders are not eligible. Each eligible participant may receive the Reward once only, regardless of the number of accounts created.
Section 5 — Reward
Each eligible participant who successfully completes the steps in Section 4 during the Promotion Period will automatically receive a credit of USD $100 in KFEE commission credits (the "Reward"), applied directly to their Kraken Pro account.
The Reward is applied automatically upon successful account verification. No further action is required to claim the Reward.
The Reward is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged for any other product, service, or asset. Kraken reserves the right to substitute the Reward with an item of equal or greater value if the stated Reward becomes unavailable for any reason.
KFEE credits may be used to offset eligible trading commissions on the Kraken Pro platform in accordance with Kraken's current fee schedule. KFEE credits are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to KFEE on the Kraken Pro platform.
Section 6 — Kraken Account and KYC Requirement
To receive the Reward, a participant must, before the end of the Promotion Period and before Reward fulfillment, have:
(a) a Kraken Pro account in good standing; and
(b) completed at least Intermediate KYC verification, plus any additional verification required by Kraken or applicable law in the participant's jurisdiction.
KYC verification is required only to receive the Reward, not to initiate the signup process.
Section 7 — Eligibility
To be eligible for this Promotion, you must:
(a) reside in an Eligible Area as set out in Section 2;
(b) be of legal age in your jurisdiction of residence to enter into a binding contract;
(c) agree to these Terms and Conditions and Kraken's Terms of Service; and
(d) not be ineligible to participate under applicable law.
Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Kraken and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible to participate.
Section 8 — Disqualification
Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
(a) provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information in connection with their account or participation;
(b) creates multiple accounts or uses any other method to circumvent the new-account-only restriction;
(c) uses automated tools, bots, or other non-human means to participate;
(d) engages in any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper conduct in connection with the Promotion; or
(e) is determined by Kraken, in its sole discretion, to be acting in a manner inconsistent with the spirit or intent of the Promotion.
Section 9 — Reward Notification and Fulfillment
The Reward will be automatically credited to the eligible participant's Kraken Pro account following successful completion of the requirements in Sections 4 and 6. No notification or claim process is required. If for any technical reason the Reward is not automatically applied, participants may contact Kraken support at [email protected].
Section 10 — Consents and Data
By participating in this Promotion, you consent to Kraken's collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with Kraken's Privacy Policy (https://www.kraken.com/legal/privacy). Your information may be shared with third-party service providers engaged to administer the Promotion. You consent to receive communications from Kraken related to this Promotion and your account, subject to your communication preferences.
For participants in the European Economic Area: consent to receive marketing communications is separate from participation in this Promotion and will be sought through a separate opt-in mechanism. Your eligibility for the Reward is not conditional on marketing consent.
Section 11 — Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kraken is not responsible for: (a) any failure of the TradingView integration link to function correctly; (b) any technical error, malfunction, or platform outage that prevents or delays account creation, verification, or Reward fulfillment; (c) lost, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted data; or (d) any events beyond Kraken's reasonable control (force majeure).
Section 12 — Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
By participating in the Promotion you agree to and hereby do release and hold Kraken harmless from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (collectively, "Claims") that may arise from your acceptance, possession and/or use of any Reward or your participation in this Promotion, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN YOU AND KRAKEN ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, (IF ANY), NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND YOU HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; (4) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.

Section 13 — Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to the receipt or use of the Reward. Kraken does not provide tax advice. For US participants, Kraken will issue IRS Form 1099 where required by applicable law.
Section 14 — General Terms
Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice, subject to applicable law. Kraken's decisions regarding all aspects of this Promotion are final and binding. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between participants and Kraken with respect to this Promotion.
