1. Sponsor. This Promotion is sponsored by Tulip HoldCo Ltd., 2nd Floor, Water's Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands ("Sponsor," "Kraken," or "we").

Rewards under this Promotion will be paid by Tulip HoldCo Ltd. or an affiliate of Tulip HoldCo Ltd. acting on its behalf.

2. Eligible Areas. The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), the United States (excluding Maine, New York, Florida, Puerto Rico, and Rhode Island), Canada (excluding Quebec), and other jurisdictions where Kraken services are available. Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period. The Promotion runs from October 5, 2026, 04:01 UTC to October 22, 2026, 15:59 UTC.

4. How to Enter.

• Trade-Based Entry (no purchase necessary via AMOE, see below): Sign up for a Kraken account using code "AUSTIN," and complete a trade of at least USD $1 (or equivalent) during the Promotion Period.
• Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Submit an entry via Sweepea at https://swpp.me/a/austinawf1 — no purchase, deposit, or trade required.
• Williams F1 Team Austin Fan Zone Activation: Participants physically present at the Fan Zone during the Promotion Period may alternatively qualify by (a) signing up with code AUSTIN and completing a trade of at least USD $1, or (b) achieving the top score of the day in the Reaction Challenge (no trade required).
• Williams F1 Fan Account (mandatory additional step): All participants must also create a free Atlassian Williams F1 Team Fan Account at williamsf1.com. This account is administered by Williams F1, a third party independent of Kraken, and is subject to Williams' F1 own terms of service and privacy policy, which participants should review separately.
• Limit: one (1) entry per participant into the drawing, regardless of number of trades made or AMOE submissions.

5. Winner Selection. Six (6) winners will be selected by random drawing from among all qualifying entries received during the Promotion Period, conducted by Kraken in its sole discretion. The participant with the top daily score in the Reaction Challenge at the Austin Fan Zone will qualify for one (1) entry into that day's drawing as an alternative qualifying method to the trade-based and AMOE methods described in Section 4. This entry is subject to the same one (1) entry per participant limit set out in Section 4 and does not stack with any other entry a participant may already hold.

6. Prize. Six (6) winners will each receive a meet-and-greet experience with an Atlassian Williams F1 Team driver (Carlos Sainz or Alex Albon, subject to availability), plus one (1) guest (12 total attendees). Prizes are non-transferable and subject to substitution of equal or greater value at Sponsor's discretion. Travel, lodging, and incidental expenses to Austin, TX are not included. Approximate total retail value of the Prize: USD $1,000. The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value.

7. Kraken Account and KYC Requirement. To receive a Prize, a winner must, before prize fulfillment, have: (a) a Kraken account in good standing; and (b) completed at least Intermediate KYC verification, plus any additional verification required by Kraken or applicable law in the winner's jurisdiction.

8. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the eligible areas listed in Section 2 who are the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (18 or older). Void where prohibited. Participants must agree to these Official Rules and the Kraken Terms of Service. Canada: winners who are Canadian residents must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be confirmed as a winner and receive a Prize.

9. Disqualification. Kraken may disqualify any participant who: submits fraudulent or false information; creates multiple accounts or entries; uses bots or automated means to enter; fails to meet the Williams F1 Fan Account requirement in good faith; or otherwise attempts to circumvent these Official Rules.

10. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfillment. Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Kraken account within 24 hours of selection. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, Kraken may select an alternate winner in its sole discretion.

11. Consents and Approvals / Data and Privacy. By entering, you consent to Kraken's collection and use of your entry information to administer the Promotion, including disclosure of your name and email address to an authorized Kraken/Williams F1 representative for the purpose of prize coordination. Where required by applicable law (including for participants in the European Economic Area), consent to the use of a winner's name, likeness, and any photo or video taken at the meet-and-greet for Sponsor's promotional purposes is separate from participation in this Promotion and will be sought through a separate opt-in at the time of winner notification. Participation is not conditional on providing such consent.

12. Disclaimers. Kraken is not responsible for technical failures, platform outages, or event cancellations, postponements, or driver unavailability due to circumstances beyond Kraken's control, including force majeure events.

13. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to and hereby release and hold harmless Tulip HoldCo Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Kraken") from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability ("Claims") arising from or related to your participation in this Promotion or your receipt or use of any Reward, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN YOU AND KRAKEN ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE US DOLLARS (USD $25.00). ATTORNEYS' FEES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE; (3) YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS; AND (4) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES ONLY AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.

14. Taxes. Winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes associated with receipt of a Prize. Kraken does not provide tax advice.

15. General Terms. Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, at its sole discretion. All decisions by Kraken are final. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in effect.
