$20K Prop Sweepstakes

Each confirmed eval purchase earns one (1) entry (maximum 3 per person). A free Alternative Method of Entry providing three (3) entries is also available — see Section 4(c). Entries obtained through the free method of entry carry an equal chance of winning per entry as entries obtained through eval purchases.

By entering the $20K Prop Sweepstakes (the "Promotion"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") and by the Kraken Terms of Service.

1. Sponsor

The Promotion is sponsored by Tulip HoldCo Ltd., 2nd Floor, Water's Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands ("Sponsor" or "Kraken").

2. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in jurisdictions where Kraken Prop is available, excluding the United Kingdom, Canada, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, India, The Philippines and, in the United States, excluding Maine, New York, and Florida. Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on September 9, 2026 at 14:00:00 UTC and ends on September 22, 2026 at 13:59:59 UTC (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

(a) Enrollment required. To participate, an eligible individual must first enroll in the Promotion during the Promotion Period by selecting "Enroll now" on the Promos section within their Kraken Pro account. Enrollment is free and does not require a purchase. Only qualifying actions completed after a participant has enrolled will be counted toward entries; any Eval purchase or other qualifying action completed before enrollment will not earn an entry.

(b) Entry by Eval purchase. After enrolling, each confirmed purchase of a Kraken Pro Prop evaluation account ("Eval") of any plan type or account size (USD 5,000 – USD 200,000) made by the participant during the Promotion Period will earn the participant one (1) entry into the Promotion. Only Eval purchases confirmed after the participant's enrollment qualify; purchases made before enrollment do not earn entries. Purchases of Kraken Funded or Breakout products do not qualify. A participant may earn a maximum of three (3) entries by Eval purchase, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made.

(c) No performance requirement. No profit-and-loss result, evaluation pass, or funded-account outcome is required to enter or to win. Entries are not weighted by trading activity or account size.

(d) Entry limits. The maximum number of entries per participant across all entry methods is Six (6). Entries generated by scripts, bots, or automated means are void.

5. Winner Selection

Fifty-six (56) winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Kraken, or an independent administrator appointed by Kraken, within ten (10) business days of the end of the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Not every entrant will win a prize. Each participant may win a maximum of one (1) prize.

6. Prizes

The total prize pool is USD 20,000, distributed as follows:

Prizes will be credited to the winner's Kraken account. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for any other form of payout, except that Kraken reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Any costs or fees associated with claiming or using a prize are the winner's sole responsibility.

7. Kraken Account and Verification Requirement

To receive a prize, a participant must, before prize fulfillment, have: (a) a Kraken account in good standing; and (b) completed at least Intermediate verification, plus any additional verification required by Kraken or applicable law in the participant's jurisdiction. A Kraken account and verification are required to receive a prize. If a winner does not satisfy these requirements within the period stated in Section 10, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to individuals who: (a) reside in an Eligible Area as described in Section 2; (b) are of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry; and (c) are not prohibited from participating under applicable law. Employees, officers, and directors of Kraken and its affiliates, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to participate. By entering, participants agree to these Terms and to the Kraken Terms of Service.

9. Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: provides false or misleading information; enters using multiple Kraken accounts; uses bots, scripts, or other automated entry methods; attempts to circumvent entry limits or these Terms; or otherwise acts in a manner that is fraudulent, unfair, or disruptive to the Promotion, in each case as determined by Kraken in its sole discretion.

10. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfillment

Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Kraken account within ten (10) business days of the drawing. A winner must respond and satisfy the requirements in Section 7 within fourteen (14) days of notification. If a winner does not respond within this period, cannot be verified, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Prizes will be credited within thirty (30) days of winner confirmation.

11. Consents, Data, and Privacy

By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of the information they provide for the purposes of administering the Promotion, selecting and notifying winners, and fulfilling prizes, in accordance with the Kraken Privacy Notice. Kraken may share participant information with third-party service providers solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion. Winners may be required to complete additional documentation to receive a prize.

12. Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures, outages, or malfunctions of any network, hardware, or software; or any other error or malfunction that may prevent participation or entry. Kraken's obligations under these Terms are subject to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, regulatory action, and platform outages.

13. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating in the Promotion you agree to and hereby do release and hold harmless release and hold harmless Tulip HoldCo Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Kraken") from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (collectively, "Claims") that may arise from your acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize or your participation in this Promotion, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN YOU AND KRAKEN ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, (IF ANY), NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND YOU HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; (4) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.

14. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies arising from receipt of a prize. Kraken does not provide tax advice. Winners may be required to provide tax documentation as a condition of prize fulfillment, and prizes may be reported to tax authorities where required by applicable law.

15. General Terms

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, at its sole discretion, including where fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. All decisions of Kraken regarding the Promotion are final and binding. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Kraken Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between participants and Kraken with respect to the Promotion.
