USDGO is an enterprise-grade, US dollar-backed stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US dollar and built for institutional settlement, corporate payments, and cross-border transactions. The token is issued by Anchorage Digital Bank N.A., a US federally chartered crypto bank regulated by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, with OSL Group serving as the brand operator and distributor. According to the project, USDGO is backed 1:1 by high-quality liquid assets including cash and short-term US Treasuries, and reserve holdings are disclosed monthly through third-party attestations provided by a Big Four accounting firm under AICPA standards. USDGO uses a mint-and-burn model in which tokens are created when approved institutional clients deposit US dollars and are burned upon redemption. The token first launched on Solana on February 10, 2026, and the project states plans to expand to additional networks over time. USDGO is designed to function as a compliant settlement and treasury-management tool for enterprises moving dollar value on-chain.
