FIFA World Cup 2026™ Finals Tickets Giveaway (FWC26)

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN.

1. Sponsor

This Promotion is sponsored by Tulip HoldCo Ltd., located at 2nd Floor, Water's Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (the "Sponsor", also referred to herein as "Kraken").

2. Eligible Areas

This Promotion is open to residents of the following jurisdictions where Kraken's eligible services are available (the "Eligible Areas"):

United States

The following US states and territories: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. Residents of Florida (FL), Maine (ME), New York (NY), Puerto Rico (PR), and Rhode Island (RI) are not eligible to participate.

Canada

The following Canadian provinces and territories: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Yukon. Residents of Quebec are not eligible to participate.

Caribbean & Central America

Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Costa Rica, Dominica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago.

European Economic Area

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible to participate.

This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Eligibility is subject to applicable laws and regulations in the participant's jurisdiction.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on 9 June 2026 at 13:59 UTC and ends on 9 July 2026 at 13:59 UTC (the "Promotion Period").

4. How to Participate / Qualifying Activity

To participate, eligible customers must sign up to Kraken using the invite code FWC26 and then verify their account. This earns one (1) entry into the prize draw. The maximum number of entries a participant may earn is one (1), combining verification-based entries and AMOE entries. Verifications completed after the promotion period will not count toward entries.

A free alternative method of entry (AMOE) is available via Sweeppea at https://swpp.me/a/fwc26verifytickets0626. No purchase or trade is necessary to enter or win. Each valid AMOE submission earns one (1) entry. Limit one (1) AMOE submission per person. AMOE entries count toward the 1 entry maximum.

5. Determination of Winners

This is a sweepstakes promotion. Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winners are required to respond to an email from the Sponsor within 24 hours accepting the prize.

For Canadian residents only: after being confirmed as a winner, the selected participant will also be administered a skill-testing question in accordance with section 7A that must be answered correctly within 24 hours.

In the event that a winner's account is closed, suspended, or otherwise ineligible at the time of crediting, or if the initial winner does not respond within 24 hours, the prize may be forfeited and the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, conduct an alternate drawing from remaining eligible entries.

6. Prizes

A total of 1 prize will be awarded as follows:

  • 1 winner will receive two (2) (CAT 2) FIFA World Cup 2026™ Finals tickets, plus flights and accommodation. Flights will be economy class and depart from any of the eligible countries. Accommodation will be up to 4-stars depending on availability. The total cost of the flights and the accommodation must remain under $12,500.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged except at the Sponsor's sole discretion for a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Eligibility to Participate

You are eligible to participate in this Promotion if, at the time of entry and throughout the Promotion Period, you:

  • Reside in an Eligible Area as defined in section 2;
  • Are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher);
  • Hold a Kraken account at the time of entry (required for verification-based entry only — AMOE participants do not require a Kraken account to enter, but will need a verified Kraken account to receive a prize if selected as a winner, per section 9);
  • Agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
  • Agree to these Official Rules and meet and comply with any and all applicable requirements herein;
  • Are not otherwise ineligible to participate under the Kraken.com Terms of Service, these Official Rules, or applicable law.

By submitting your entry, you represent and warrant that you meet, and will continue to meet throughout the Promotion Period, each of the above criteria.

This Promotion is void where prohibited by applicable law.

7A. Skill-Testing Question

Canadian winners will be administered a skill-testing question following prize credit. Each Canadian winner must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor or its designee. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the prize and a redraw.

8. Disqualification

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Uses a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions;
  • Operates multiple Kraken accounts or duplicate accounts in connection with this Promotion;
  • Provides false, misleading, or inaccurate information in connection with participation or prize claim;
  • Resides in a jurisdiction not included in the Eligible Areas, regardless of how access was obtained.

Participants found to be resident in an ineligible jurisdiction are subject to prize clawback. The Sponsor's determination on disqualification is final.

9. Reward Distribution

The winner will be selected by random draw conducted by the Sponsor following the close of the Promotion Period on 9 July 2026 at 13:59 UTC.

To be eligible to receive a prize, a winner must hold a verified Kraken account in good standing and have completed account verification in accordance with Kraken's standard requirements at the time of prize distribution.

If a selected winner's account is closed, suspended, or otherwise ineligible at the time of crediting, the prize may be forfeited and the Sponsor may conduct an alternate drawing from remaining eligible entries. The same applies if a Canadian winner fails the skill-testing question under section 7A. If a winner cannot travel, we will choose another winner - must be eligible to travel.

10. Consents and Approvals

By entering the Promotion, you agree that any content and any other information submitted by you or collected by Kraken in connection with the Promotion may be used by Kraken, including its affiliated business entities. You consent to communications from Kraken strictly necessary for administration of this Promotion and your Kraken account. Where required by applicable law (including for participants in the European Economic Area), consent to receive marketing communications from Kraken is separate from participation in this Promotion and will be sought through a separate opt-in mechanism. Participation in this Promotion does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications. You give consent for Kraken and its agents to obtain and deliver your name, address, and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Promotion and complying with applicable laws, regulations, and rules.

YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IF YOU ARE A WINNER, YOUR IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS, MAY BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES TO FACILITATE THE PROMOTION AND COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAW, TAX, AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.

Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, Kraken will use personal information collected in connection with the Promotion in accordance with its online privacy policy at https://kraken.com/legal/privacy.

11. Disclaimers

Operational Disclaimers.

Kraken is not responsible for any changes or unavailability of internet access or any other interference with a participant's ability to access or participate in the Promotion, including the ability to timely enter, receive notices, or communicate with Kraken. Without limiting any other provision in these Official Rules, Kraken is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss by reason of any acts of God, equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute, transportation interruption of any kind, civil disturbance, or any governmental authority action, or any other cause beyond Kraken's reasonable control.

In the event of conflict between these Official Rules and any marketing or promotional materials, these Official Rules shall control.

12. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to and hereby release and hold harmless Tulip HoldCo Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Kraken") and FIFA from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability ("Claims") arising from or relating to your participation in this Promotion or your receipt or use of any prize, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

(1) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE US DOLLARS (USD $25.00). ATTORNEYS' FEES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE;

(2) YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS; AND

(3) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES ONLY.

Dispute resolution and governing law are governed by the Kraken Terms of Service applicable to you based on your jurisdiction of residence: EEA residents: https://www.kraken.com/legal/eea-terms (including Section 15). Canadian residents: https://www.kraken.com/en-ca/legal/ca-terms. All other eligible residents (including US and ROW): https://www.kraken.com/legal/global-terms.

13. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes on prizes received. In the United States, prizes valued at USD $2000 or more per winner may be subject to IRS Form 1099 reporting requirements. Winners may be required to provide a valid taxpayer identification number (TIN) or Social Security Number (SSN) as a condition of prize delivery. If the winner is not an account holder with Kraken, the winner must provide a W-9 form for a U.S. individual, and W-8BEN for Non-U.S. individuals. The Sponsor will comply with applicable tax reporting obligations. Non-US winners are responsible for compliance with tax obligations in their own jurisdiction.

14. General Terms

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Marketing for this Promotion is not directed at residents of jurisdictions where this Promotion is void.

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between the participant and the Sponsor with respect to this Promotion and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

The FIFA World Cup 2026™ logo is a trademark owned by the Fédération Internationale de Football Association and used under license. FIFA is not a sponsor or administrator of this promotion in any way.  FIFA shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize awarded.

15. FIFA Ticketing Terms and Conditions

Winners and their guest (“Attendees”) agree to comply with the FIFA Ticket Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) applicable to their Prize ticket(s) for the FIFA World Cup 2026TM. The Terms of Use, along with any other ticket terms and conditions, are available (or will be made available) on https://www.fifa.com/tickets. Tickets are intended solely for use by the Attendees and may not be provided to any other person, including through resale, exchange, or barter. Any such resale, exchange, barter, or other commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture, and invalidation of the licence granted for the tickets.

All FIFA World Cup 2026TM venue restrictions and rules governing stadium safety, security and conduct also apply, including those set out in the FIFA World Cup 2026TM Stadium Code of Conduct (“Stadium Code of Conduct”), available on https://www.fifa.com/tickets. Attendees are expected to respect other guests and event staff and must refrain from using foul or offensive language, obscene gestures, or engaging in unruly, disruptive, threatening or violent behavior. 

The Stadium Code of Conduct, the Terms of Use and all other applicable terms and conditions available on https://www.fifa.com/tickets are deemed to be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. FIFA and/or its affiliates reserve the right to cancel any ticket(s) if FIFA determines an Attendee has failed to comply with the Terms of Use, the Stadium Code of Conduct, or any other applicable terms and conditions.
