Kraken Prop provides a platform interface through which you can connect to an evaluation service. The evaluation is managed by Breakout Trading Group, LLC ("Breakout"). If you pass, you can choose to become an independent contractor and provide trade signals to Payward Oceanic Ltd. (BVI). Kraken acts solely as the platform interface — Kraken does not itself operate the evaluation, make execution decisions, hold funds, or guarantee any payout. This is an unregulated platform interface providing access to services offered by other entities, and is not regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland or any other EU authority. If you pass the evaluation, you are providing trade signals to Payward Oceanic Ltd — you are not trading on your own behalf. Payward Oceanic exercises sole discretion over whether to act on your signals. Any payout is a discretionary performance fee, not a return on investment. Evaluation fees are non-refundable. Availability varies by jurisdiction. The protections afforded by MiCA do not apply to this service.
Most applicants do not pass on their first attempt and there is no guarantee that your performance will improve or that you will pass any future evaluations. Prospective applicants should purchase an evaluation only if they are confident in their ability and knowingly accept the risk of not qualifying for a funded account.
