2x INK Points Futures Boost

1. Sponsor

Tulip HoldCo Ltd., 2nd Floor, Water’s Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands.

Futures services outside the EEA are provided by Kraken Derivatives, the trading name of Payward Digital Solutions Ltd., a Bermuda company licensed to conduct digital asset business by the Bermuda Monetary Authority. In the EEA, derivatives products are provided by Payward Europe Digital Solutions (CY) Limited, regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), licence no 342/17. Rewards under this Promotion will be paid by Tulip HoldCo Ltd. or an affiliate of Tulip HoldCo Ltd. acting on its behalf.

2. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open to eligible Kraken VIP-tier customers residing in jurisdictions where Kraken Futures trading is available to them, excluding the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Brazil, and Argentina. Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period

October 14, 2026, 00:00 UTC to November 14, 2026, 23:59 UTC.

4. How to Participate

No enrollment is required. Eligible Kraken VIP-tier customers will have their Kraken Futures fee tier upgraded automatically for the Promotion Period.

5. Rewards

Eligible participants will receive the following during the Promotion Period (each, a “Reward”):

(1) Fee Tier Upgrade. Eligible participants will receive an upgrade of one (1) tier above their current Kraken Futures fee tier (the “Fee Tier Upgrade”). During the Promotion Period the upgraded tier applies in place of the participant’s standard tier under the Kraken Futures fee schedule [link], to Futures (Perpetual and Indices) trades executed during the Promotion Period. Participants already at the highest tier receive no additional benefit. The Fee Tier Upgrade ends at 23:59 UTC on November 14, 2026, after which the participant’s fee tier reverts to the tier they qualify for under the standard schedule.

(2) INK Points Boost. INK Points that accrue to an eligible participant on Kraken Futures trades executed from October 14th will accrue at two (2) times the standard rate that would otherwise apply under the INK Points programme (the “INK Points Boost”). The INK Points Boost ends at 23:59 UTC on November 30, 2026, after which INK Points accrue at the standard rate. INK Points are a loyalty programme used within Kraken Pro. INK Points have no current cash value and are not transferable. Their availability, allocation, use and any future benefits are subject to the INK Points Programme Terms, which may change from time to time.Availability and features vary by jurisdiction.

Each Reward has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

6. Kraken Account and KYC Requirement

Only accounts in good standing and fully verified at the time the Fee Tier Upgrade is applied are eligible

7. Eligibility

Open only to Kraken VIP-tier account holders in good standing in eligible jurisdictions (Section 2) who agree to these Terms and the applicable Kraken Terms of Service.

8. Disqualification

Kraken may disqualify any participant for fraud, false information, multiple accounts, bot activity, or circumvention of these Terms.

9. Reward Notification and Fulfillment

The Fee Tier Upgrade will be applied automatically from the start of the Promotion Period, and in any event within one (1) business day of it starting. No claim is required. Participants will be notified by email. Trades executed before the upgrade is applied will not be repriced retroactively. Kraken may reverse or withhold any Reward obtained in breach of Section 8.

10. Consents and Data/Privacy

Participation is subject to Kraken’s Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to and hereby release and hold harmless Tulip HoldCo Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Kraken”) from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (“Claims”) arising from or related to your participation in this Promotion or your receipt or use of any Reward, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN YOU AND KRAKEN ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE US DOLLARS (USD $25.00). ATTORNEYS’ FEES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE; (3) YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS; AND (4) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES ONLY AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.

13. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of a reward. Kraken does not provide tax advice.

14. General Terms

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time. Kraken’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the Promotion.
