xStocks Incentive – Bermuda Digital Finance Forum
1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in this promotion (“Promotion”), you agree to these Official Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and the Kraken.com Terms of Service, which form a binding agreement.
2. Sponsor
This Promotion is sponsored by Payward, Inc. (“Kraken”).
3. Promotion Type
This Promotion is a limited incentive campaign. Rewards are subject to eligibility, availability, and verification. Rewards are not guaranteed.
4. Eligible Areas
The Promotion is open only to eligible participants residing in jurisdictions where:
Kraken services are available; and
xStocks products are legally accessible
Void where prohibited.
5. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on May 11, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on May 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
6. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
Hold a valid Kraken Consumer account
Complete T3 identity verification (KYC)
Be eligible to access xStocks in your jurisdiction
Have an account in good standing (not restricted or suspended)
Employees, affiliates, and agents of Kraken are not eligible.
7. How to Participate
To participate in the Promotion:
Log in to your Kraken account during the Promotion Period
Enter the promotional code DFFXSTOCKS in the designated rewards or promotion field
Meet all eligibility requirements
Participation is free. No purchase or trading activity is required to participate.
8. Rewards
Eligible participants may receive:
One (1) Franklin Templeton Gold ETF token (xStocks)
Approximate value: $200 USD
Rewards are:
Limited to 500 total participants
Distributed on a first-come, first-served basis
Subject to eligibility and verification
Not guaranteed
Kraken reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value if necessary.
9. Account Requirement
A Kraken account is required only for the purpose of receiving the reward.
Participation in the Promotion is not conditional upon opening an account; however, rewards cannot be delivered without one.
10. Reward Distribution
Rewards will be credited within approximately 2 days after eligibility is confirmed
Kraken may delay, adjust, or withhold distribution where required for compliance or operational reasons
Participants must maintain a valid and eligible account at the time of distribution.
11. Limitations
Limit one (1) reward per person
Duplicate or multiple claims may result in disqualification
Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
12. Disqualification
Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
Provides false or misleading information
Attempts to abuse or manipulate the Promotion
Violates Kraken Terms of Service or applicable law
Kraken may revoke rewards if misconduct is identified after distribution.
13. Risk Disclosure
Digital assets, including tokenized assets such as xStocks, are subject to market volatility and risk. Participation in this Promotion does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial product.
14. Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or obligations arising from receipt of a reward.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kraken is not responsible for:
Technical failures or delays
Errors in promotion administration
Market losses or fluctuations in asset value
Any indirect or consequential damages
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved through confidential binding arbitration under LCIA rules in London, except where otherwise required by law.
17. General Terms
Kraken reserves the right to:
Modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time
Adjust reward distribution
Interpret and apply these Terms at its sole discretion
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
