BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.

1. Sponsor

This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc. (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).

2. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open only to participants residing in jurisdictions where Kraken margin trading is available and permitted under applicable law.

Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible to participate.

Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on April 7, 2026 and ends on April 27, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Participate

To participate in the Promotion, you must:

Hold a verified Kraken account;
Complete KYC verification to Tier 3 level;
Be eligible to access and use Kraken margin trading in your jurisdiction;
Execute qualifying margin trades totaling at least $500 USD in notional value during the Promotion Period.

Limit: One (1) entry per eligible participant.

5. Winner Selection Method

This Promotion is structured as an incentive. Eligible participants who complete the qualifying activity will be evaluated via Kraken’s internal Rewards Hub system.

The criteria for determining reward eligibility and selection will be based on successful completion of the stated trading requirements and compliance with these Official Rules. Kraken’s determinations are final and binding.

6. Reward

Eligible participant(s) may receive one (1) reward of:

$200 in BTC (Approximate Retail Value varies accordingly)

Rewards will be credited to the participant’s Kraken account within 30 days after verification of eligibility and compliance.

Rewards are:

Non-transferable
Not redeemable for cash (except as determined by Kraken)
Subject to substitution by Kraken for a reward of equal or greater value at its sole discretion

Limit: One (1) reward per user.

7. Eligibility to Participate

You are eligible to participate if you:

Reside in an Eligible Area;
Maintain a verified Kraken account (Tier 3 KYC);

Comply with Kraken’s Terms of Service and these Rules.

8. Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has:

Violated these Rules or Kraken’s Terms of Service;
Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity;
Used multiple accounts or attempted to circumvent Promotion limits;
Engaged in non-bona fide trading activity (including wash trading or self-dealing).

9. Notification and Reward Issuance

Rewards will be credited directly to eligible participants’ Kraken accounts within 30 days after verification.

Kraken may request additional documentation prior to reward issuance. Accounts must be active and in good standing at the time of reward distribution.

10. Consents and Approvals

By participating, you consent to:

Kraken’s use of your personal information for Promotion administration;
Receiving communications, including marketing communications;
Disclosure of necessary information to third parties for compliance purposes.

11. Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for:

Technical failures, network issues, or system interruptions;
Any inability to participate due to external factors;
Events beyond its control, including acts of God, regulatory changes, or market disruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating, you release and hold harmless Kraken and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation or receipt of any reward.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Disputes will be resolved individually (no class actions);
Damages are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs (max $25);
No punitive, incidental, or consequential damages may be awarded.

Any dispute arising under or related hereto will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

All disputes shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England under LCIA rules. Judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court.

13. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any applicable taxes or reporting obligations arising from receipt of rewards. Kraken does not provide tax advice. Kraken shall report any tax information it is required to report under the relevant law.

14. General Rules

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.
Decisions by Kraken are final and binding.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
