BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR TRADE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken ("Sponsor" or "Kraken").

2. Promotion Type

Sweepstakes. One (1) winner will be selected at random.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on June 1, 2026 at 14:00 UTC and ends on June 28, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. UTC ("Promotion Period").

4. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open to eligible Kraken customers who are natural persons and legal residents of:

  • the United States (excluding residents of Indiana, Maine, New York, Texas, and Washington);
  • Member States of the European Economic Area; and
  • any additional jurisdiction expressly identified on the Promotion landing page as eligible, provided such participation is not prohibited by law and Kraken is permitted to provide services in such jurisdiction (N.b. Mexico and the United Kingdom are excluded from eligible areas).

5. Eligibility

You are eligible if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old or age of majority in your jurisdiction;
  • Reside in an Eligible Area;
  • Create or hold a verified Kraken account;
  • Complete identity verification to at least intermediate KYC level;
  • Agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service.

6. How to Enter

Trade Entry

During the Promotion Period:

  • Sign up for or log into Kraken using the Kraken app.
  • Complete intermediate verification.
  • Click the RB Leipzig Feature Card in-app.
  • Opt in.

Participants must confirm their country of residence prior to completing entry (individuals who indicate residence in the United Kingdom will not be permitted to participate).

  • Execute at least $10 USD (or local equivalent) in crypto trades.

Completion of these steps equals one (1) entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

7. Prize

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $600

Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winner selected by random drawing within fourteen (14) days after the Promotion Period.
  • Odds depend on total eligible entries.
  • Winner will be notified via email. Failure to respond within seven (7) days may result in forfeiture and selection of alternate winner.

9. Consents and Privacy

By entering, you consent to Sponsor's use of personal information to administer the Promotion in accordance with Kraken's Privacy Policy.

If selected, your identifying information may be disclosed as required by law.

10. Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, system errors, internet interruptions, or force majeure events including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

Nothing in this Promotion constitutes an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such offer or solicitation is not authorized or permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to and hereby do release and hold harmless Kraken and the Promotion Related Parties from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability ("Claims") that may arise from your acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize or your participation in this Promotion.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

(1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN YOU AND KRAKEN ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION;

(2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00);

(3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES;

(4) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES ONLY.

Any dispute arising under or related hereto will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without reference to its conflicts of law principles.

Any dispute shall be determined by confidential binding arbitration in London, England under the LCIA rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
