Promotion Period:
12:00 a.m. EST on October 24, 2025 to 11:59 p.m. EST on October 31, 2025.
How to Participate:
During the Promotion Period:
1. Open the Krak app.
2. Request a $500 USDG payment from @krak.
3. In the payment note, state what you’re sending, spending, or saving for.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries beyond the limit are void. No purchase necessary.
Determination of Winners:
This is a sweepstakes. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
Canada requirement: If a selected winner resides in Canada, they must correctly answer a skill-based test question within a time-limited period to claim the prize.
Prizes:
Ten (10) winners will each receive $500 denominated in USDG (for U.S. residents) or $500 denominated in USDC (for Canadian residents), for a total prize pool of up to $5,000 USD equivalent.
One (1) grand-prize winner will receive Alex Albon’s race-worn Mexico GP helmet (Approximate Retail Value: USD $20,000). The helmet is a collectible item of significant value, not redeemable for cash. All applicable taxes and reporting requirements are the responsibility of the winner. For U.S. winners, Kraken will issue IRS Form 1099 as required by law.
Prizes will be credited or delivered once eligibility and compliance checks are completed. Limit one prize per person.
Eligibility to Participate:
You are eligible to participate if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion, you:
- Reside in the Eligible Areas listed above;
- Agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
- Agree to these Rules and comply with all requirements; and
- Are not a Kraken Related Party (as defined below) or otherwise ineligible under law.
You are not eligible if you are (A) a Kraken employee, officer, director, manager, agent, consultant, or representative; (B) a family member or household member of any of the foregoing; (C) a Kraken corporate partner, division, subsidiary, affiliate, or successor in interest; or (D) an advertising, promotion, or public-relations agency of any of the foregoing (each a “Kraken Related Party”); (E) an employee, officer, director, manager, agent, consultant, or representative of Williams IP Holdings LLC or any affiliated company (“Williams”); and each a “Kraken Related Party”.
For the purposes of these Rules, family members include spouse, mother, father, legal guardian, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren (including “step” relations).
For clarity, Atlassian Williams Racing (“WIPH and any affiliated companies”) is considered a Kraken Related Party for purposes of these Rules and shall enjoy the same protections and limitations of liability as Kraken Related Parties.
Disqualification:
Kraken may disqualify any participant who violates these Rules, the Kraken.com Terms of Service, or applicable law.
Notification of Winner:
Winners will be notified via the contact information associated with their Kraken account (e.g., in-app notification or email). Winners must respond within 48 hours and provide any information required to verify eligibility. If a winner does not respond, refuses the prize, or fails to provide requested documents, Kraken may select an alternate winner.
Consents and Approvals:
By entering the Promotion, you agree that any content and other information submitted by you or collected by Kraken in connection with the Promotion may be used by Kraken and the Kraken Related Parties. You consent to communications, including marketing communications, from Kraken, and you authorize Kraken and its agents to obtain and share your information as needed to administer the Promotion and comply with laws.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IF YOU ARE A WINNER, YOUR IDENTIFYING INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES AS REQUIRED BY LAW OR FOR TAX AND REPORTING PURPOSES.
Except as otherwise stated herein, Kraken will use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Kraken is not responsible for any changes or unavailability of your internet or any other interference with your ability to access or participate in the Promotion. Kraken and The Kraken Related Parties are not liable for damage or loss arising from acts of God, equipment failure, war, terrorism, epidemics, labor disputes, or government action, whether or not specifically listed.
Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law:
By participating, you release and hold harmless Kraken and the Kraken Related Parties from any claim or liability arising out of your participation or use of any prize.
To the extent permitted by law: (1) all disputes arising out of or related to this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without class action; (2) any award is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs not to exceed $25; and (3) punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages are waived.
This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England under the LCIA rules, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Kraken may seek equitable relief in any competent court.
General Rules:
Kraken reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend this Promotion at any time for any reason. Failure to enforce any term shall not constitute a waiver. If any provision is invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect. Kraken’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
