Kraken x Icon League - Shirts Giveaway 2026

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Sponsor

This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).

Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in the European Economic Area (“EEA”).

Excluded are jurisdictions where Kraken does not operate or where such promotions are restricted or prohibited by law. The United Kingdom is excluded.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on April 17, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on May 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST (“Promotion Period”).

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.

How to Participate

A. Standard Entry Method

To enter, participants must complete the entry process as described in the promotional materials.

Participation does not require account creation or identity verification.

A Kraken account may be required only for prize fulfilment, subject to applicable KYC requirements.

Each valid entry will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without creating a Kraken account or completing KYC, participants may submit a free entry by sending an email with their full name, email address, and country of residence to a designated Kraken promotions email address (to be specified in marketing materials) during the Promotion Period.

Each valid AMOE submission will receive one (1) entry, equal in weight to entries submitted via the standard entry method.

Maximum Number of Entries

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries beyond this limit will be void.

Winner Selection

Five (5) winners will be selected by random drawing conducted by Kraken or its designated representative from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period (including both standard and AMOE entries).

The random drawing will occur within a reasonable time after the Promotion Period ends.

Prize

Each winner will receive:

  • One (1) signed jersey by Elias Nerlich

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): €75 per prize

Total number of prizes: Five (5)

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Kraken reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Eligibility to Participate

You are eligible to participate if you:

  • Reside in an Eligible Area;

  • Meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction;

  • Comply with the Kraken Terms of Service;

A Kraken account and KYC verification may be required for prize fulfilment, subject to applicable requirements.

Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has:

  • Violated these Rules or the Kraken Terms of Service;

  • Provided false or misleading information;

  • Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity;

  • Attempted to circumvent entry limits.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via the email associated with their entry within a reasonable time following the draw.

If a winner does not respond within the timeframe specified in the notification, Kraken reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Consents and Approvals

By entering the Promotion, you consent to:

  • Kraken’s use of your personal information for Promotion administration;

  • Receiving communications, including marketing communications, from Kraken;

  • Disclosure of your information to third parties where necessary for Promotion administration and legal compliance.

If you are a winner, your identifying information may be disclosed as required by law.

Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures or interruptions;

  • Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries;

  • Any inability to participate due to system errors or connectivity issues.

Kraken is also not liable for events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or regulatory changes.

Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Kraken and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation or acceptance of any prize.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE THAT:

(1) ANY DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT CLASS ACTION;
(2) CLAIMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS (NOT EXCEEDING $25);
(3) NO PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES MAY BE SOUGHT;
(4) REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO MONETARY DAMAGES ONLY.

Any dispute arising under or related to this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

All disputes shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England under LCIA rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court as necessary.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations arising from receipt of a prize.

15. General Rules

Kraken reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time;

  • Disqualify participants acting in violation of these Rules;

  • Interpret these Rules at its sole discretion.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. If the Promotion cannot run as planned, Kraken may cancel or modify it and select winners from eligible entries received prior to such action.

These Rules, together with the Kraken Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement governing the Promotion.
