Promotion Period

2:00 PM UTC on May 17th, 2025, to 1:59 PM UTC on May 21, 2025

How to Participate

To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Promotion Period:

A. Follow Kraken’s social media accounts on Instagram (@krakenfx) and the official Atlético Madrid Women’s account (@atleticofeminino)

B. Like the Giveaway announcement post and share it to your Instagram Stories

C. Write your KrakTag in the comments of the Giveaway announcement post

D. Follow any additional instructions provided by Kraken in connection with the Giveaway

Determination of Winners

One (1) winner will be randomly selected by Kraken in its sole discretion after the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Prizes

One (1) winner will receive a signed Atlético Madrid Women’s jersey. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100 USD.

1. Eligibility to Participate in the Giveaway

You are eligible to participate in the Giveaway if, at the time of entry and during the Giveaway, you:

  • Reside in an Eligible Area
     
  • Agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service
     
  • Agree to these Rules and meet and comply with all applicable requirements herein
     
  • Are not a Kraken Related Party
     
  • Are not otherwise ineligible to participate under applicable law
     

2. Disqualification

Kraken may disqualify any participant who it believes has violated these Rules or any applicable law, or who has provided false information.

3. Notification of Winner

The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram. If the winner fails to respond within 48 hours, refuses the prize, or fails to provide necessary information or documentation, Kraken may disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner.

4. Consents and Approvals

By entering the Giveaway, you agree that your submission and personal data may be used by Kraken and its affiliates for the purposes of administering this Giveaway, fulfilling the prize, and for marketing communications. You consent to Kraken sharing your personal information with third parties as necessary for these purposes. If you win, your name and location may be made public in accordance with legal requirements.

Kraken is not responsible for any technical failures or interruptions that affect your ability to participate. The prize is awarded “as is,” without warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to and hereby do release and hold harmless Kraken and the Giveaway Related Parties from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (collectively, “Claims”) that may arise from your acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize or your participation in this Giveaway, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.

7. General Rules

Kraken reserves the right to modify or cancel this Giveaway at any time. Failure to enforce any provision of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver.
