Krak x Atlassian Williams F1 Team - Fan Zone Rewards Experience

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this Promotion (“Promotion”), you agree to these Terms and the Kraken.com Terms of Service. These Terms form a binding agreement.

2. Sponsor

This Promotion is sponsored by Payward, Inc. (“Kraken”).

3. Promotion Type

This Promotion is a limited incentive-based activation. Rewards are not guaranteed and are distributed subject to availability and eligibility.

4. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open only to eligible individuals who are physically present at Kraken fan zone activations and reside in jurisdictions where Kraken services are available and where participation in such promotions is permitted under applicable law.

Residents of the United Kingdom may participate subject to compliance with applicable financial promotion requirements.

Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid only during the following event dates:

  • Miami: April 30 - May 3, 2026

  • Barcelona: June 9 - June 14, 2026

  • London: June 30 - July 5, 2026

  • Madrid: September 7 - September 13, 2026

  • Austin: October 19 - October 24, 2026

6. How to Participate

To participate:

  • Visit a Kraken activation area

  • Engage in the activation experience

No purchase, payment, or account creation is required to participate.

7. Rewards

Eligible participants may receive: a crypto reward (e.g. USDG or similar)

Approximate value: $5–$20

Rewards:

  • Are limited in quantity

  • Are not guaranteed

  • Are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis

  • Are available while supplies last

  • Are subject to verification

8. Kraken Account Requirement

A Kraken account:

  • Is not required to participate

  • Is required only to receive a reward

Participants may be required to:

  • Create an account

  • Complete identity verification (KYC)

Failure to complete verification may result in forfeiture. The level of identity verification required may vary depending on jurisdiction and reward delivery requirements

9. Eligibility Conditions

Participants must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Comply with Kraken Terms of Service

  • Not be employees or affiliates of Kraken

10. Limitations

  • Limit one (1) reward per person per activation

  • Duplicate participation may result in disqualification

  • Rewards may not be transferred or exchanged

11. Risk Disclosure

Crypto assets are volatile and involve risk. Participation in this Promotion does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to trade or hold digital assets.

12. Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Engages in fraud or abuse

  • Attempts to circumvent limits

  • Violates these Terms

Rewards may be revoked if misconduct is detected.

13. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

14. Limitation of Liability

Kraken is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues

  • Delays in reward distribution

  • Losses related to crypto assets

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes resolved via LCIA arbitration.

16. General Terms

Kraken reserves the right to:

  • Modify or cancel the Promotion

  • Adjust reward distribution

  • Interpret these Terms at its sole discretion
