GLORY Kickboxing On-Site Activation Promotion — Official Rules

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).

2. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), excluding jurisdictions where such promotions are restricted by law. The United Kingdom is excluded.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on April 8, 2026 and ends on April 20, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

The winner will be selected on April 21, 2026 following the close of the Promotion Period.

4. How to Enter

A. Standard Entry Method

To enter the Promotion, participants must complete the entry process as described in the promotional materials.

Participation does not require account creation or identity verification.

A Kraken account may be required only for prize fulfilment, subject to applicable KYC requirements.

Each valid entry will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.

Participants must complete the entry process as described in the promotional materials.

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without completing any account-related actions, participants may send a handwritten postcard including their full name, email address, and country of residence to:

70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin Docklands, Dublin 2, Ireland.

Each valid AMOE submission will receive one (1) entry, equal in weight to all other entries.

Limit: One (1) entry per person/account.

No purchase, trade, or payment is required to enter or win.

5. Winner Selection

This is a sweepstakes promotion.

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will be conducted on April 21, 2026 by Kraken (or its designee).
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize

The selected winner will receive:

Two (2) VIP tickets to an event scheduled for April 25, 2026 (the “Prize”).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Determined by Kraken.

The Prize:

Is non-transferable and non-exchangeable;
May not be redeemed for cash;
May be substituted by Kraken for a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Limit: One (1) Prize per winner.

7. Eligibility to Participate

You are eligible to participate if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion:

You reside in an Eligible Area;
You have or create a Kraken account if required for prize fulfilment, subject to applicable KYC requirements;
You agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
You comply with these Rules and applicable law.

By entering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

8. Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has:

Violated these Rules or the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
Provided false or misleading information;
Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity;
Attempted to obtain multiple entries through multiple accounts or other means.

9. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via the email associated with their Kraken account on or about April 21, 2026.

The selected winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the Prize within forty-eight (48) hours of notification.

If the winner:

Fails to respond within the required timeframe;
Is found to be ineligible; or
Declines the Prize,

Kraken reserves the right to select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

10. Consents and Approvals

By entering the Promotion, you:

Consent to Kraken’s collection and use of your personal information for administration of the Promotion;
Consent to receive communications, including marketing communications, from Kraken;
Acknowledge that your identifying information may be shared with third parties where required for administration or legal compliance.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Kraken’s Privacy Notice:

11. Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for:

Technical failures, network issues, or interruptions;
Any inability to access or participate in the Promotion;
Events beyond its control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

12. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Kraken and its affiliates from any claims arising out of or related to participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the Prize.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

All disputes will be resolved individually, without class action;
Claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs not exceeding $25;
No punitive, incidental, or consequential damages may be awarded;
Remedies are limited to monetary damages.

Any dispute arising under or related to this Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

All disputes shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England under the LCIA rules, with judgment enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges associated with the Prize.

14. General Rules

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.
Kraken’s decisions are final and binding.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Rules and marketing materials, these Rules will control.
