1. Sponsor
This Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Tulip HoldCo Ltd., 2nd Floor, Water’s Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (“Kraken” or “Sponsor”). For EEA participants, trading services are separately provided by Payward Europe Solutions, Ltd. (“PESL”), as disclosed in Kraken’s marketing materials and Terms of Service; PESL is not the Sponsor of this Promotion.
This Promotion is offered in connection with Kraken’s partnership with Club Atlético de Madrid, S.A.D. (“Atlético de Madrid”). “Atlético de Madrid,” “Atleti,” and related club marks are trademarks of Club Atlético de Madrid, S.A.D. This Promotion is administered solely by Kraken and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Club Atlético de Madrid, S.A.D., LaLiga, or any other football governing body, except as an activation under Kraken’s existing partnership rights. See Section 15.1 for the rights-holder liability release.
2. Eligible Areas
The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the United States (excluding Maine, New York, and Florida), Canada (excluding Quebec), and other jurisdictions where Kraken services are available.
Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on August 24, 2026 at 00:01 UTC and ends on October 1, 2026 at 23:59 UTC (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor may extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at its discretion.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Standard Entry Method
During the Promotion Period, to enter via the Standard Entry Method:
- Download the Kraken consumer or Kraken Pro app and create an account using code KRAKENDROP (or log in to an existing account);
- Complete identity verification on your account;
- Deposit a minimum of €10 (or equivalent in your local currency) and execute a trade of at least €10 (or equivalent).
- Buying, selling, or converting count as trades. Excludes trades between fiat and stablecoins, or within stablecoins. Excludes trades of stocks, xstocks, and bundles. Excludes derivatives and margin trades.
Creating or holding a Kraken account, and completing the deposit and trade described above, is a condition of the Standard Entry Method only, not of entry via the Alternative Method of Entry at Section 4.2.
4.2 Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) — No Account or Financial Activity Required
NO PURCHASE, DEPOSIT, TRADE, OR KRAKEN ACCOUNT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER VIA THIS METHOD.
Free entries are available via Sweepea at https://swpp.me/a/krakendrop. Each valid AMOE submission receives one (1) entry into the random drawing, providing an equal chance of winning as one Standard Entry.
Limit: one (1) entry per participant, by either method (not both).
5. Winner Selection
Thirty-three (33) winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, conducted by the Kraken team on or around October 2nd, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize / Reward
Thirty-three (33) prizes are available, each winner receiving one prize randomly assigned from the following pool:
- Eight (8) prizes: Hospitality Box tickets to a match at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano stadium, plus one guest. Approximate retail value: 500.00 EUR per ticket.
- Ten (10) prizes: Signed 2026/27 Atlético de Madrid match shirt. Approximate retail value: 200.00 EUR per shirt.
- Ten (10) prizes: Replica 2026/27 Atlético de Madrid match shirt. Approximate retail value: 90.00 EUR per shirt.
- Five (5) prizes: A spot to play on the pitch at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano stadium, plus one guest. Approximate retail value: 350.00 EUR per guest.
Maximum approximate retail value of any single prize: USD $1,000. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Travel, accommodation, and related costs are not included unless otherwise stated.
7. Kraken Account and KYC Requirement
To receive a Prize, a participant must, before the end of the Promotion Period and before prize fulfilment, have: (a) a Kraken account in good standing; and (b) completed at least Intermediate KYC verification, plus any additional verification required by Kraken or applicable law in the participant’s jurisdiction.
AMOE entrants who do not hold a Kraken account at the time of entry may still win; if selected, they must create a Kraken account and complete at least Intermediate KYC verification before the prize fulfilment deadline notified by Kraken. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
7.1 Canada — Skill-Testing Question
Canadian residents selected as potential winners must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by Kraken before being confirmed as a winner and before any prize is awarded.
8. Eligibility
This Promotion is open to natural persons who are: (a) legal residents of an eligible jurisdiction as specified in Section 2; (b) at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) at the time of entry; and (c) not employees, officers, directors, or agents of Kraken, its affiliates, or Club Atlético de Madrid, S.A.D., or their immediate family members or household members.
9. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who submits multiple or fraudulent entries, uses bots, scripts, or automated methods, provides false information, engages in non-original or manipulative conduct, or otherwise violates these Official Rules or the Kraken Terms of Service.
10. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfilment
Potential winners will be notified by email using the address on file within 14 days of the drawing. Winners must respond within 3 days or forfeit the prize, in which case an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes will be fulfilled within 7 days of confirmation of eligibility.
11. Consents and Approvals / Data and Privacy
By participating, you consent to Kraken’s collection and use of your information to administer this Promotion, as described in Kraken’s Privacy Policy (https://www.kraken.com/legal/privacy), and to disclosure of your information to Club Atlético de Madrid, S.A.D. solely as necessary to fulfil ticket, stadium, and pitch-access prizes.
Where required by applicable law (including for participants in the European Economic Area), consent to the use of a winner’s name and general location for Sponsor’s promotional purposes is separate from participation in this Promotion and will be sought through a separate opt-in mechanism at time of winner notification. Participation is not conditional on providing such consent.
12. Disclaimers
Kraken is not responsible for technical failures, lost or incomplete entries, or events beyond its control (force majeure), including any cancellation, rescheduling, or alteration of the underlying match or stadium event affecting a prize.
13. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
By participating in the Promotion you agree to and hereby do release and hold harmless Tulip HoldCo Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Kraken”) from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (“Claims”) that may arise from your acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize or your participation in this Promotion, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN YOU AND KRAKEN ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, (IF ANY), NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND YOU HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; (4) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.

14. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations associated with receipt of a prize. Kraken does not provide tax advice. US winners receiving a prize valued over USD $600 will receive IRS Form 1099 from Kraken’s tax team.
15. General Terms
Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15.1 Rights-Holder Disclaimers
Club Atlético de Madrid, S.A.D. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are released from any liability in connection with this Promotion, its prizes, or any stadium/match-day event associated with a prize. Any tickets or stadium access provided as a prize are subject to Club Atlético de Madrid, S.A.D.’s own ticketing terms and conditions, a copy of which will be provided to winners at the time of prize fulfilment.
