Kraken Funded Referral

Effective Date: 17 September 2026

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.

1. Sponsor

This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Tulip HoldCo Ltd., 2nd Floor, Water’s Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).

2. Eligible Areas

This Promotion is open to eligible customers who are legal residents of the United States or a country within the European Economic Area, and who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence), subject to the exclusions below (the “Eligible Area”).

  • Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible to participate.
  • Residents of Maine (ME) and New York (NY) are not eligible to participate.

This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

This Promotion begins on the Effective Date above and continues on an ongoing basis until terminated by Sponsor (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How to Participate / Qualifying Activity

To participate, an eligible new customer must: (a) sign up for a Kraken account using a valid voucher or referral code supplied by an authorized Kraken partner; (b) deposit at least $200 (or the fiat-equivalent) using a qualifying bank transfer method; and (c) trade at least $200 in fiat-denominated volume using Kraken’s Instant Buy/Sell/Convert (the “Qualifying Activity”). Stablecoin pairs, xStocks and bundles  are excluded from qualifying trade volume.

There is no free alternative method of entry. This Promotion is an incentive, not a sweepstakes or contest.

5. Reward

Eligible participants who complete the Qualifying Activity will receive a Kraken Funded account with $1,000 in program capital (the “$20 plan” tier), with the standard evaluation fee waived (the “Reward”). The Reward is separate from, and not paid through, Kraken’s standard incentive rewards system. Kraken Funded is a distinct program governed by its own separate terms, which participants must also accept.

Limit one Reward per person, household, or account, unless otherwise stated.

The Reward is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

6. Eligibility to Participate

  • Participant must be 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
  • Participant must be a resident of the Eligible Area at the time of enrollment.
  • Participant must not have an existing Kraken account prior to enrolling with the voucher code.
  • Funds deposited and traded to complete the Qualifying Activity must be the participant’s own funds.

7. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who, in Sponsor’s sole discretion:

  • Engages in wash trading, self-funding, or other self-dealing to artificially trigger the Reward;
  • Uses a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic eligibility restrictions;
  • Creates or uses multiple or duplicate accounts to claim more than the permitted number of Rewards;
  • Provides false or misleading information in connection with the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to claw back a Reward from any participant later found to reside in an ineligible jurisdiction.

8. Reward Distribution

To receive the Reward, a participant must, before reward fulfillment, have: (a) a Kraken Consumer account in good standing; (b) completed Intermediate KYC verification, plus any additional verification required by Kraken or applicable law; and (c) completed the deposit and trade Qualifying Activity described in Section 4. If these requirements are not met at the time of distribution, the Reward may be forfeited or clawed back. Access to the Kraken Funded account is granted within 14 business days of completing the Qualifying Activity, through the Kraken Funded onboarding flow.

9. Consents and Approvals

By participating, you consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of your personal information in accordance with the Kraken Privacy Policy, available at https://kraken.com/legal/privacy. You further consent to receive communications from Sponsor relating to this Promotion, and to Sponsor disclosing your information to third parties as reasonably necessary to administer this Promotion (including verifying eligibility, fulfilling the Reward, and complying with applicable law).

10. Disclaimers

This Promotion involves the Kraken Funded program. Kraken Funded is an unregulated service offered by Payward Oceanic Ltd. and is not regulated by the SEC, CFTC, FINRA, or any other U.S. or EU/EEA regulatory authority. Kraken Funded involves an evaluation process; passing an evaluation does not guarantee any payout, and any payout is a discretionary performance fee, not a return on investment or a share of trading profits. Full Kraken Funded program terms and risk disclosures are available separately and apply in addition to these Official Rules. This Promotion is open in the United States and the European Economic Area only; Canada has been removed from scope for this Promotion.

Within the European Economic Area, cryptocurrency spot trading services used to complete the Qualifying Activity are provided by Payward Europe Solutions Limited (“PESL”), regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.

The Qualifying Activity for this Promotion requires participants to deposit and trade with their own funds. The value of cryptocurrency is volatile and participants may lose some or all of the funds used to complete the Qualifying Activity. Past performance is not indicative of future results. This is not investment advice.

Although the term “stablecoin” is commonly used, there is no guarantee that any such asset will maintain a stable value in relation to the value of its reference asset when traded on secondary markets, or that any reserve of assets, if one exists, will be adequate to satisfy all redemptions. Stablecoin pairs do not count toward the qualifying trade volume for this Promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, network errors, or other issues outside its reasonable control. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and any marketing materials, these Official Rules control.

11. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to and hereby release and hold harmless Tulip HoldCo Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Kraken”) from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability arising out of or relating to your participation in this Promotion or your acceptance, use, or misuse of the Reward, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

(1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN YOU AND KRAKEN ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION;

(2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE US DOLLARS (USD $25.00). ATTORNEYS’ FEES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE;

(3) YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS; AND

(4) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES ONLY AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.

Dispute resolution and governing law are also governed by the Kraken Terms of Service applicable to you: the Global Terms of Service at https://www.kraken.com/legal/global-terms (US participants), or the EEA Terms of Service at https://www.kraken.com/legal/eea-terms (EEA participants), including all dispute resolution and governing law provisions contained therein.

12. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes arising from receipt of the Reward. Where required by law, Sponsor may issue tax reporting documentation (e.g. IRS Form 1099) to participants who receive a Reward above the applicable reporting threshold.

13. General Terms

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time, at its sole discretion. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between participants and Sponsor with respect to the Promotion. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
