Kraken x Atlético de Madrid: Trade & Win — Weekly Match Tickets + Season Grand Prize

NO PURCHASE OR TRADE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. USING THE FREE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY DESCRIBED BELOW WILL NOT REDUCE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING COMPARED TO ENTERING VIA A TRADE.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Club Atlético de Madrid, S.A.D., the Riyadh Air Metropolitano, or LaLiga. All related names, logos, and marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

Section 1 — Sponsor

 This Promotion is sponsored by Tulip HoldCo Ltd., 2nd Floor, Water's Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands ("Sponsor," "Kraken," "we," or "us").

Section 2 — Eligible Areas

 The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in Spain. Void where prohibited.

Section 3 — Promotion Period

 The Promotion begins 8 September 2026, 14:00 UTC and ends 23 May 2027, 23:59 UTC (the "Promotion Period"), subject to 19 weekly Draw Periods aligned to Atlético de Madrid home fixtures at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano, and a single Grand Prize Draw following the final home fixture of the season.

Section 4 — How to Enter

  • Step 1: Opt in to the Promotion via the Rewards Hub in the Kraken app during the Promotion Period. No purchase, trade, or account funding is required to opt in.
  • Step 2: Trade Entry Method — Execute one or more eligible spot trades of €1 or more in value via Kraken's spot trading services during the Promotion Period. Each €1 of eligible spot trading volume earns one (1) entry into the applicable weekly Draw Period and the Grand Prize Draw. Margin trading does not qualify and will not generate entries.
  • Step 3: Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) — Participants may instead obtain entries at no cost and without any trade or purchase via Sweepea, Kraken's designated free-entry platform, at https://swpp.me/a/atletisweeps26. Free entries obtained via Sweepea carry an equal chance of winning as entries obtained through eligible trading. Each AMOE submission  earns ten (10) entries, maximum of 1 AMOE submission.
  • Step 4: Entries accrue on a rolling basis and carry forward across weekly Draw Periods for purposes of the Grand Prize Draw only.

Section 5 — Winner Selection

 Weekly Prize: One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received for the applicable Draw Period. Grand Prize: One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries accumulated across the full Promotion Period. All drawings are conducted by Kraken or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Section 6 — Prize / Reward

 Weekly Prize: Five (5) general admission tickets to the applicable Atlético de Madrid home fixture, awarded to one (1) winner per matchweek (up to 19 draws). Approximate retail value: €350–€400 (5 tickets at €70–€80 face value each) per weekly prize. Grand Prize: BTC with a value of approximately €5,000 at the time of distribution (approximately USD 5,400, subject to exchange-rate fluctuation), awarded to one (1) winner. Cumulative total prize pool across the Promotion Period is approximately €11,650–€12,600 (approx. USD 12,600–13,600). A participant may win a Weekly Prize only once during the Promotion Period; a Weekly Prize winner remains eligible for the Grand Prize Draw. Prizes are non-transferable. Kraken reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Section 7 — Kraken Account and KYC Requirement

To receive a Prize, a participant must, before the end of the Promotion Period and before prize fulfillment, have: (a) a Kraken account in good standing; and (b) completed at least Intermediate KYC verification, plus any additional verification required by Kraken or applicable law.

Section 8 — Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Spain who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) with a verified Kraken account in good standing. Employees of Kraken, its affiliates, and Club Atlético de Madrid, and their immediate families, are not eligible. Participation constitutes agreement to these Official Rules and to Kraken's Terms of Service.

Section 9 — Disqualification

 Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: submits fraudulent or false information; uses bots, scripts, or automated means to generate entries; opens multiple accounts to circumvent entry limits; or otherwise attempts to circumvent these Official Rules.

Section 10 — Winner Notification and Prize Fulfillment

 Weekly Prize winners will be notified at least three (3) working days before the relevant fixture via the contact details on file with their Kraken account and must confirm receipt of their tickets within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. The Grand Prize winner will be notified after the season's final home fixture and must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. A winner who does not respond within this window forfeits the prize, and Kraken reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Ticket collection logistics and any venue/guest requirements will be communicated directly to winners.

Section 11 — Consents and Data / Privacy

By participating, you consent to Kraken's collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes of administering this Promotion, in accordance with Kraken's Privacy Policy. Kraken may share necessary data with Club Atlético de Madrid solely for the purpose of ticket issuance and venue access.

Section 12 — Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including platform outages. Kraken reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Kraken's control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Futures and derivatives products are not involved in or required for this Promotion.

Section 13 — Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating in the Promotion you agree to and hereby do release and hold harmless Tulip HoldCo Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Kraken") from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (collectively, "Claims") that may arise from your acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize or your participation in this Promotion, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN YOU AND KRAKEN ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, (IF ANY), NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND YOU HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; (4) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. Dispute resolution and governing law are governed by the Kraken Terms of Service applicable to you, available at https://www.kraken.com/legal/eea-terms (including Section 15), including all dispute resolution and governing law provisions contained therein. By participating, you agree to those provisions as they apply to your relationship with Kraken.

Section 14 — Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes arising from receipt of a prize. Kraken does not provide tax advice.

Section 15 — General Terms

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time. All decisions by Kraken regarding this Promotion are final. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

Ticketing Annex: Use of match tickets is additionally subject to Club Atlético de Madrid's and/or LaLiga's stadium entry terms and conditions. Kraken is not responsible for venue access decisions made by the Club or stadium operator.
