Kraken x Glory – Fight Camp Trading Sweepstake (Glory 110)

This Sweepstake requires a qualifying trade to enter automatically, but no purchase or trade is necessary — a free method of entry is available as described below. A trade will not increase your chances of winning relative to the free entry method.

1. Sponsor
Tulip HoldCo Ltd., 2nd Floor, Water's Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands ("Kraken," "Sponsor").

Rewards under this Promotion will be paid by Tulip HoldCo Ltd. or an affiliate of Tulip HoldCo Ltd. acting on its behalf.

2. Eligible Areas
The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period
21 September 2026, 11:00 UTC to 14 October 2026, 23:59 UTC (the "Promotion Period").

4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, an eligible participant may enter by either of the following methods, each carrying an equal chance of winning:
(a) Trade Entry: Download the Kraken app, opt in to the Fight Camp Sweepstake in-app, and place a qualifying trade of at least €1 (or currency equivalent) on Kraken consumer, Pro, or Desktop. One qualifying trade generates one entry, automatically.
(b) Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Enter via Sweepea at https://swpp.me/a/gloryfightcamp following the instructions provided. The free entry method provides an equal chance of winning as the trade entry method.
Maximum one entry per person, regardless of entry method or number of qualifying trades.

5. Prize Draw / Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries (trade and AMOE combined) by Kraken or its designated agent, in a process designed to give each eligible entry an equal chance of being selected, after the end of the Promotion Period.

6. Prizes
Ten (10) prizes across three tiers:
(i) Ultimate GLORY Experience (2 winners): 4x front-row tickets, food tokens, weigh-in and press conference access, and a fighter meet & greet at the press conference/weigh-in. Approximate retail value: €2,400 per winner (~€4,800 total for this tier).
(ii) Gold Experience (4 winners): 8x Gold tickets, food tokens, and a GLORY merchandise package (full training outfit). Approximate retail value: €1,000 per winner (~€4,000 total for this tier).
(iii) Fight Night Experience (4 winners): 8x Silver tickets. Approximate retail value: €200 per winner (~€800 total for this tier).

Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, except at Kraken's sole discretion, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Kraken Account and KYC Requirement
To enter via the Trade Entry method, a participant must hold a Kraken account with the KYC verification level Kraken generally requires to place a trade. To receive a Prize, a winner must, before the end of the Promotion Period and before prize fulfillment, hold a Kraken account in good standing and have completed at least Intermediate KYC verification, plus any additional verification required by Kraken or applicable law in the winner's jurisdiction.

8. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Belgium, the Netherlands, or Luxembourg who are of legal age to trade on Kraken in their jurisdiction, agree to these Official Rules and the Kraken Terms of Service, and are not otherwise ineligible under applicable law.

9. Disqualification
Kraken may disqualify any entrant who submits false or misleading information, uses multiple accounts or automated/bot entry methods, engages in fraud, or otherwise attempts to circumvent these Official Rules.

10. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfillment
Winners will be notified via email within 5 business days of the draw. A winner who does not respond within 48 hours, or who fails to satisfy the KYC or eligibility requirements above, forfeits the prize, which may be awarded to an alternate winner at Kraken's discretion.

11. Consents and Approvals / Data and Privacy
By entering, participants consent to Kraken's use of their entry information for administration of the Promotion, to receiving related communications, and to disclosure of information to third parties (including GLORY and its affiliates, as necessary for prize fulfillment) strictly for Promotion administration purposes. 12. Partner / Rights-Holder Disclosures
GLORY and the GLORY Kickboxing name and marks are used under license pursuant to Kraken's partnership agreement with GLORY. Tickets and event access provided as prizes are subject to GLORY's own event ticketing terms and conditions, attached as Annex A. Neither Kraken nor GLORY is liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from attendance at any GLORY event, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Disclaimers
Kraken is not responsible for technical failures, platform outages, or events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure) that affect a participant's ability to enter or a winner's ability to receive a prize.

14. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to and hereby release and hold harmless Tulip HoldCo Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Kraken") from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability ("Claims") arising from or related to your participation in this Promotion or your receipt or use of any Reward, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN YOU AND KRAKEN ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE US DOLLARS (USD $25.00). ATTORNEYS' FEES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE; (3) YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS; AND (4) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES ONLY AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.

Dispute resolution and governing law are governed by the Kraken Terms of Service applicable to you, available at https://www.kraken.com/legal/eea-terms (including Section 15), including all dispute resolution and governing law provisions contained therein.

15. Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of a prize. Kraken does not provide tax advice.

16. General Terms
Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, at its sole discretion. Kraken's decisions regarding the Promotion are final. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
