Kraken x Solana Trading Contest
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. Each USD $1 (or equivalent) of qualifying spot trading volume earns one (1) entry. Entries are uncapped and accrue with trading volume. The free Alternative Method of Entry described in Section 4 provides one (1) entry carrying an equal chance of winning per entry as entries earned through qualifying trades.

1. Sponsor
This Promotion is sponsored by Tulip HoldCo Ltd., 2nd Floor, Water’s Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).
2. Eligible Areas
The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the United States (excluding Maine, New York, and Florida), Canada (excluding Quebec), and other jurisdictions where Kraken services are available. Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins September 3, 2026, at 13:59 UTC and ends October 1, 2026, at 13:59 UTC (the “Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter
Step 1: Enroll to the Promotion via the Rewards Hub in the Kraken app.
Step 2: During the Promotion Period, trade SOL token via Spot trading. EEA and Canadian participants may use Spot trading only — Margin trading does not qualify for entry in those jurisdictions. Each $1 USD-equivalent traded earns one (1) entry.
Step 3: Entries accrue automatically and are tracked for the duration of the Promotion Period. There is no limit on the number of paid entries a participant may earn.
Step 4 — Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): A free Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) is available via Sweepea at no cost and without any trade or purchase. Canada: Selected Canadian winners must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor before any prize will be awarded.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing conducted by Kraken at the end of the Promotion Period from among all eligible entries received.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive: (a) the placement of their name on the Atlassian Williams F1 Team FW48 car during the Mexico Grand Prix weekend, and (b) $10,000 (USD-equivalent) in SOL. Approximate total retail value: $10,000. Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
7. Kraken Account and KYC Requirement
To receive the Prize, a participant must, before the end of the Promotion Period and before prize fulfillment, have: (a) a Kraken account in good standing; and (b) completed at least Intermediate KYC verification, plus any additional verification required by Kraken or applicable law in the participant’s jurisdiction.
8. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of eligible jurisdictions (Section 2) who are the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. Employees of Kraken, its affiliates, and the Atlassian Williams F1 Team, and their immediate family members, are not eligible. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and Kraken’s Terms of Service.
9. Disqualification
Kraken may disqualify any entrant who submits false information, uses multiple accounts, uses bots or automated entry methods, or otherwise attempts to circumvent these rules.
10. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfillment
The winner will be notified directly by Kraken using the contact information on file within 5 business days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within 48 hours, Kraken reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
11. Consents and Data
By participating, entrants consent to Kraken’s use of their name, likeness, and entry information for purposes of administering the Promotion, and to Kraken’s Privacy Policy. Winner’s information may be shared with the Atlassian Williams F1 Team solely for purposes of prize fulfillment.
12. Disclaimers
Kraken is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or events beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events.
13. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to and hereby release and hold harmless Tulip HoldCo Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Kraken”) from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (“Claims”) arising from or related to your participation in this Promotion or your receipt or use of any Prize, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN YOU AND KRAKEN ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE US DOLLARS (USD $25.00). ATTORNEYS’ FEES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE; (3) YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS; AND (4) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES ONLY AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.

14. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes. Prizes with a value over $600 USD will be reported to the IRS on Form 1099 as required by law. Kraken does not provide tax advice.
15. General Terms
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time. All decisions by Sponsor are final. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force.
16. Rights-Holder Disclosures
“Williams,” “Atlassian Williams F1 Team,” and the FW48 car livery are trademarks of their respective owners and are used with permission. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Formula One, the FIA, or any Formula One promoter beyond Kraken’s direct partnership with Williams Racing. Kraken and the Atlassian Williams F1 Team assume no liability arising from participation in the Promotion or attendance at any related event.
