Williams Super Fan Meet & Greet Incentive
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.
1. Sponsor
This Promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by Tulip HoldCo Ltd., 2nd Floor, Water's Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands ("Kraken" or "Sponsor"). For EEA participants, trading services are separately provided by Payward Europe Solutions, Ltd. ("PESL"), as disclosed in Kraken's marketing materials and Terms of Service; PESL is not the Sponsor of this Promotion. This Promotion is offered in partnership with Atlassian Williams F1 Team. Atlassian Williams F1 Team, Williams F1, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.
2. Eligible Areas
The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), the United States (excluding Maine, New York, Florida, Puerto Rico, and Rhode Island), Canada (excluding Quebec), and other jurisdictions where Kraken services are available. Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
3. Promotion Period
Begins August 4, 2026 at 09:00 UTC and ends August 31, 2026 at 23:59 UTC. Sponsor may extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at its discretion.
4. How to Enter
Participants must enroll via the Kraken mobile app, Kraken Pro mobile app, or Kraken Pro web app, and create a free Atlassian Williams F1 Team Fan Account at williamsf1.com, before earning an entry. Following enrollment, USD $1.00 or more of eligible trading volume (Spot or PTL/Instant) earns one (1) entry. The following trades do not count toward entries: fiat-to-stablecoin and stablecoin-to-stablecoin trades; trades of xStocks, Stocks, and Bundles; and leveraged trading on Futures/Derivatives or Margin.
Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Participants may enter without trading via Sweepea, Kraken's designated free-entry vendor. Please navigate to the link: https://swpp.me/a/williamssuperfan and follow the instructions. Each valid AMOE submission is credited with one (1) entry. Limit one (1) AMOE submission per person per Promotion Period.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing conducted by Sponsor at the end of the Promotion Period from among all valid entries (trade-based and AMOE combined).
6. Prize / Reward
One (1) Prize, consisting of: a meet-and-greet experience with an Atlassian Williams F1 Team driver (Carlos Sainz or Alex Albon, to be determined by Sponsor and Williams) for the winner and one (1) guest. Approximate total retail value of the Prize: US $1,000. The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value.
7. Kraken Account and KYC Requirement
To receive the Prize, the winner must, before the end of the Promotion Period and before prize fulfillment, have: (a) a verified Kraken account in good standing; and (b) completed at least Intermediate KYC verification, plus any additional verification required by Kraken or applicable law in the winner's jurisdiction. Account creation and KYC are conditions of prize receipt only, not of entry or participation.
8. Eligibility
Open to natural persons who, at the time of entry, are of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, reside in an Eligible Area (Section 2), and are not otherwise prohibited from participating under applicable law. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the Kraken Terms of Service.
9. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: submits fraudulent or false information; uses multiple accounts, bots, or other automated means to generate entries; or otherwise attempts to circumvent these Official Rules.
10. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfillment
The winner will be notified using the contact details associated with their Kraken account within 5 business days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours from that notification, or fails to satisfy the KYC requirement in Section 7, Sponsor may disqualify the winner and select an alternate at its discretion.
11. Consents and Data / Privacy
By participating, entrants consent to Kraken's collection and use of their entry and account information for administration of this Promotion, and to the sharing of relevant entry data with Atlassian Williams F1 Team solely for purposes of coordinating the meet-and-greet prize, in accordance with Kraken's Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, platform outages, or events beyond its reasonable control (including changes to the Formula 1 event schedule) that affect the Promotion or the delivery of the Prize. In the event the meet-and-greet cannot occur as described, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize.
13. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to and hereby release and hold harmless Tulip HoldCo Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Kraken") from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability ("Claims") arising from or related to your participation in this Promotion or your receipt or use of any Prize, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN YOU AND KRAKEN ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE US DOLLARS (US $25.00). ATTORNEYS' FEES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE; (3) YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS; AND (4) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES ONLY AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.

14. General Terms
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at its discretion. All decisions by Sponsor are final. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Skill-Testing Question (Canada)
Canadian winners must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor before the Prize is awarded.
