Barstool Sports: Foreplay Trading Contest

Sponsor
This Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).

Eligible Areas
The Promotion is open only to eligible individuals who are legal residents of:

  • United States (excluding New York, Washington, Maine, and Florida)
    Canada

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on April 29, 2026 and ends on June 8, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

How to Participate
To enter:

  • Visit the official Promotion landing page (URL TBD);

  • Complete and submit the entry form with required details, including:

  • First name, last name, email, phone number

  • Selection of which host will have the highest account balance at the specified end date/time

  • Trading frequency response (optional/non-determinative)

  • Agree to these Official Rules and Kraken Privacy Notice

  • Limit: One (1) entry per person, per email, and per Kraken account.

Winner Determination

This is a sweepstakes promotion based on chance. Participants must correctly guess the winning host. From all eligible correct entries, 100 winners will be selected by random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible correct entries received.

Prize

  • Each winner will receive: $100 USD

  • Total prize pool: $10,000 USD

  • Max number of winners: 100

Prizes:

  • Are non-transferable and non-exchangeable

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash alternatives

  • May be substituted by Sponsor with equal or greater value at its discretion

Prize Conditions

Winners must:

  • Create a Kraken account (if not already held)

  • Complete Intermediate KYC verification

  • Maintain an account in good standing

Failure to complete these requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Prizes will be credited within 30 days after eligibility verification.

Eligibility

You are eligible if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old (or age of majority in your jurisdiction)

  • Reside in an Eligible Area

  • Agree to these Rules and Kraken Terms of Service

  • Are not a Kraken Related Party (Kraken Related Parties include employees, affiliates, agencies, and immediate family members).

Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Submits multiple or fraudulent entries

  • Uses bots, scripts, or automated methods

  • Provides false information

  • Violates these Rules or Kraken Terms of Service

  • Engages in abusive or manipulative behavior

Marketing communications:

Opt-in is optional and not required for entry. Winners may be required to allow use of their name and general location for promotional purposes, where permitted by law.

Disclaimers
Kraken is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures or website issues

  • Lost, late, or incomplete entries

  • Events beyond its control (force majeure)


Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
By participating, you release Kraken, Barstool, and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation or prize use.

Dispute Terms (MANDATORY):

All disputes will be resolved individually (no class actions)
Damages limited to actual out-of-pocket costs (max $25 USD)
No punitive, incidental, or consequential damages

Governing Law:

Laws of England and Wales

Arbitration:

Binding arbitration under LCIA rules in London, England. Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations associated with receipt of a prize.

General Rules

Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time
Sponsor decisions are final
Invalid provisions will not affect enforceability of remaining terms
These Rules govern in case of conflict with marketing materials
