Kraken x Icon League - Claw Machine Sweepstakes 2026

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

This Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Tulip HoldCo Ltd., known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”), located at 2nd Floor, Water's Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands.

Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open to eligible Kraken participants residing in jurisdictions where Kraken services are available and where participation in such promotions is permitted under applicable law.

Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible to participate.

Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on May 3, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on May 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Participate

A. Standard Entry Method

To participate in the Promotion, you must:

  • Create a Kraken or Kraken Pro account;

  • Complete Intermediate level KYC verification (or higher, if required);

  • Participate in the on-site “Claw Machine” activation during the Promotion Period.

Participants will receive three (3) attempts to play the claw machine. Each attempt constitutes one (1) entry.

Winning is based on the outcome of the claw machine attempt.

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without participating in the claw machine, participants may:

  • Send a handwritten postcard including full name, email address , and country of residence, along with the statement "I request entry into the “Icon League Claw Machine sweepstakes”, to: 1603 Capitol Ave Suite 517B, Cheyenne Wyoming 82001. No Kraken account is required to enter via this method.;

Each valid postcard received during the Promotion Period will count as three (3) entries, equal to the maximum number of entries available via the standard method.

Maximum Number of Entries

Each participant may receive a maximum of three (3) entries during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method.

Winner Selection

Winners will be determined based on successful outcomes from the claw machine gameplay. Each successful retrieval of a prize constitutes a winning event.

All outcomes are subject to randomness and/or mechanical variability inherent to the claw machine.

Prize(s)

Available prizes include:

  • 1x iPhone 17 256GB (approximate retail value: up to €1,200 each)

  • 4x iPad 11'' 128GB (approximate retail value: €750 each)

  • 3x AirPods Pro 3 (approximate retail value: €250 each)

  • 3x PlayStation 5 (approximate retail value: €750 each)

  • 90x Icon League merchandise (mini balls, scarves, socks, shin guards)

  • 6x jerseys/merchandise signed by Icon League President Elias Nerlich

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value.

Eligibility to Participate

You are eligible to participate if you:

  • Are a legal resident of Germany;

  • Are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;

Agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service and these Official Rules.

Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has:

  • Violated these Official Rules or the Kraken Terms of Service;

  • Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior;

  • Attempted to circumvent entry limits (including via multiple accounts);

  • Provided false or misleading information.

Notification and Prize Fullfillment

To receive a prize, a participant must have a Kraken Consumer or Kraken Pro account in good standing and have completed at least Intermediate KYC verification, plus any additional verification required by Kraken or applicable law. If these requirements are not met at the time of prize fulfillment, the prize may be forfeited.

Prizes won via the claw machine will be provided at the time of winning or delivered subsequently, as determined by Sponsor.

Sponsors may require additional verification before awarding any prize.

If a participant’s account is not in good standing or not fully verified, the prize may be forfeited.

Consents and Approvals

By entering, you:

  • Consent to Kraken’s use of your information for administering the Promotion;

  • Agree to receive communications, including marketing communications, from Kraken;

  • Acknowledge that winner information may be shared as required for legal and operational purposes.

Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures, mechanical issues with the claw machine, or connectivity issues;

  • Any inability to participate due to external factors;

  • Events beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events.

Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

Limitation of Liability:

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to and hereby release and hold harmless Tulip HoldCo Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Kraken") from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability ("Claims") that may arise from your acceptance, possession, and/or use of any Prize or your participation in this Promotion, regardless of whether such Claims exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE US DOLLARS (USD $25.00). ATTORNEYS' FEES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE; (2) YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS; AND (3) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES ONLY.

Dispute Resolution:

Dispute resolution and governing law are governed by the Kraken Terms of Service applicable to you, available at https://www.kraken.com/legal/eea-terms (including Section 15 and other applicable sections), including all dispute resolution and governing law provisions contained therein.

14. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations arising from receipt of a prize.

15. General Rules

Kraken reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time;

  • Substitute prizes or amend these Rules where necessary;

  • Make final decisions on all matters related to the Promotion.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
