1. Sponsor
The Sponsor of this Promotion is Tulip HoldCo Ltd., 2nd Floor, Water's Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands ("Sponsor" or "Kraken").
2. Eligible Areas
The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in Spain. Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on 9 June 2026 at 09:00 UTC and ends on 11 June 2026 at 23:59 UTC (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit the Atlassian Williams F1 Team Fan Zone at the designated location in Barcelona, Spain. To enter, you must: (a) download and sign up for the Krak application (available on iOS and Android); (b) scan the QR code displayed at the Fan Zone; and (c) submit your KrakTag through the entry form. Completion of these steps will earn you one (1) entry into the Promotion. No purchase is required to enter.
Maximum entries: One (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing by Kraken in its sole discretion from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted on or around June 11 following the close of the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize
One (1) prize is available: a Meet & Greet experience with an Atlassian Williams F1 Team driver at a time and location to be determined by the Sponsor and/or Atlassian Williams Racing during the Barcelona race weekend in June 2026 (the "Prize"). The winner may bring one (1) guest. The Prize has no cash equivalent, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion or as required by applicable law. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Sponsor's control.
7. Kraken Account and KYC Requirement
To receive the Prize, a participant must, before prize fulfillment, have: (a) a Krak account in good standing; and (b) completed at least Intermediate KYC verification, plus any additional verification required by Kraken or applicable law in the participant's jurisdiction. KYC verification is a condition of prize fulfillment only and is not a condition of entry into the Promotion.
8. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to natural persons who: (a) reside in Spain; (b) are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry; (c) agree to these Official Rules and Kraken's Terms of Service; and (d) are not otherwise ineligible to participate under applicable law. Employees, officers, and directors of Kraken, Atlassian Williams F1 Team, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible to participate.
9. Disqualification
Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: (a) provides false or misleading information; (b) uses multiple accounts, bots, scripts, or other automated means to enter; (c) attempts to circumvent these Official Rules; (d) engages in fraudulent or dishonest conduct in connection with the Promotion; or (e) submits any entry that infringes the rights of any third party or violates applicable law.
10. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfillment
The selected winner will be notified by email to the address associated with their Krak account within 1 business day of the random drawing. The winner must respond to the notification and satisfy the KYC and account requirements in Section 7 within 1 day of notification. If the winner does not respond within the required period, or fails to satisfy the applicable requirements, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
11. Consents and Data / Privacy
By participating, each participant: (a) consents to the use of their entry information for the purposes of administering the Promotion; (b) agrees to the disclosure of their information to third-party service providers assisting with administration and prize fulfillment; and (c) acknowledges that their personal data will be processed in accordance with Kraken's Privacy Policy. The Sponsor may use the winner's KrakTag and first name for promotional purposes relating to this Promotion, unless the winner objects in writing.
12. Disclaimers
Kraken is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or unintelligible entries; (b) technical failures of any kind affecting submission or processing of entries; (c) any condition caused by events beyond Kraken's control that may disrupt or corrupt the Promotion; or (d) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the Prize or arising from acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize. Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time if fraud, technical failure, or any other event compromises the integrity of the Promotion, subject to applicable law.
13. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
By participating in the Promotion you agree to and hereby do release and hold Kraken harmless from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (collectively, "Claims") that may arise from your acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize or your participation in this Promotion, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN YOU AND KRAKEN ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, (IF ANY), NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND YOU HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; (4) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.
Dispute resolution and governing law are governed by the Kraken Terms of Service applicable to you, available at kraken.com/legal/eea-terms (including Section 15), including all dispute resolution and governing law provisions contained therein. 14. Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any and all taxes, duties, fees, or other charges that may be imposed in connection with receiving the Prize. Kraken does not provide tax advice. Winners may be required to complete tax documentation before prize fulfillment in accordance with applicable law.
15. General Terms
These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between participants and Kraken with respect to this Promotion. Kraken's decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion, including eligibility and winner selection, are final and binding. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time for any reason, subject to applicable law.
