Krak Metal Card Social Giveaway – Official Rules

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.

1. Sponsor

This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).

2. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open only to eligible individuals who are legal residents of:

• European Economic Area (EEA) member states, and

• the United Kingdom

Participants must reside in a jurisdiction where Kraken services are available and where this Promotion is permitted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins 8 April 2026 at 14:00 UTC and ends 30 June 2026 at 23:59 UTC (“Promotion Period”).

One (1) winner will be selected each month during the Promotion Period.

Total winners: three (3).

Monthly contest periods:

• April: 8 Apr – 30 Apr

• May: 1 May – 31 May

• June: 1 Jun – 30 Jun

4. How to Participate

To enter the Promotion, participants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

1. Follow @Krak on X (Twitter).

2. Repost the official Promotion post from @Krak.

3. Comment on the Promotion post including:

   • their Kraktag, and

   • a response explaining why they should win the Krak Metal Card.

Participation is free and no purchase or trading is required.

Participants may submit one (1) entry per monthly contest period.

To receive a reward, participants must also:

• maintain a verified Kraken account, and

• hold a minimum Krak balance equal to or greater than USD $2,500 equivalent at the time winners are verified.

5. Winner Selection

This Promotion is a skill-based contest.

At the end of each monthly contest period, Kraken will review eligible submissions and select one (1) winner.

Entries will be evaluated by Kraken’s marketing panel using the following judging criteria:

The submission with the highest overall evaluation score for the contest period will be selected as the winner.

Kraken’s decisions regarding judging and winner selection are final and binding.

6. Prize / Reward

Each monthly winner will receive the following reward package:

Physical prizes

• One (1) Krak Metal Card

• One (1) Montblanc wallet

Account credit

• £500 GBP credited to the winner’s Krak account if the winner resides in the United Kingdom

• €500 EUR credited to the winner’s Krak account if the winner resides in the European Economic Area

Total prizes: three (3) (one per month).

Physical prizes will be shipped to the winner’s verified Kraken account address.

Account credits will be issued within approximately thirty (30) days after eligibility verification.

Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Kraken reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Eligibility to Participate

You are eligible to participate if you:

• Are a legal resident of an Eligible Area

• Are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

• Maintain a verified Kraken account

• Maintain a minimum Krak balance of USD $2,500 equivalent at the time rewards are distributed

• Agree to the Kraken Terms of Service

• Comply with these Official Rules

8. Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it determines that the participant:

• violated these Rules or the Kraken Terms of Service

• submitted misleading or fraudulent information

• attempted to manipulate the Promotion

• created multiple accounts to circumvent entry limits

9. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted via X (Twitter) direct message or via their Kraken account contact details.

Winners may be required to provide additional verification information.

If a selected winner:

• does not respond within a reasonable timeframe

• fails verification

• does not meet eligibility requirements

Kraken may select an alternate winner.

10. Consents and Approvals

By entering the Promotion, you grant Kraken permission to use your submitted content for promotional or marketing purposes.

You consent to receiving communications from Kraken, including marketing communications.

Kraken may share participant information with third parties for purposes of administering the Promotion or complying with legal requirements.

Personal information will be processed according to Kraken’s Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for:

• technical failures

• internet outages

• lost or delayed entries

• platform disruptions

• any other circumstances beyond Kraken’s reasonable control.

Kraken and the Kraken Related Parties shall not be liable for damages resulting from acts of God, war, natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, or other events beyond their control.

12. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating, you release Kraken and its affiliates from claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize.

To the extent permitted by law:

• disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of class actions

• claims are limited to out-of-pocket costs not exceeding $25

• punitive or consequential damages are waived.

Any dispute arising under or relating to this Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without reference to conflicts of law principles.

Disputes will be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England under the LCIA Rules.

Kraken may seek equitable relief in courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of a reward.

Kraken does not provide tax advice.

14. General Rules

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.

Kraken’s decisions regarding the Promotion are final.

If any provision of these Rules is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

If marketing materials conflict with these Rules, these Rules control.
