Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open only to participants residing in Australia, where Kraken services are available and participation in such promotions is permitted under applicable law.

Promotion Period

Beginning on May 1, 2026, and ongoing until terminated by Kraken in its sole discretion.

How to Participate

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible participants must:

  • Create a new Kraken account (consumer account only);
  • Complete required identity verification (KYC);
  • Deposit a minimum of AUD $50 into your Kraken account; and
  • Execute spot crypto trades totaling at least AUD $50 within thirty (30) days of account creation.

This Promotion is available to new users only.

Determination of Winners

This is an incentive promotion. Every eligible participant who completes the qualifying steps will receive the Reward.

Reward

Eligible participants will receive Bitcoin (BTC) equivalent to AUD $25 in value, credited to their Kraken account within 30 days of confirmation of compliance with these Rules.

  • Approximate Retail Value: AUD $25
  • Limit one (1) reward per user
  • Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
  • Kraken may substitute a reward of equal or greater value at its sole discretion

Eligibility to Participate in the Promotion

You are eligible to participate if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion:

  • You reside in the Eligible Areas;
  • You agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
  • You comply with these Rules and all applicable laws;
  • Your account is verified and in good standing.

Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has:

  • Violated these Rules or the Kraken Terms of Service;
  • Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity;
  • Created multiple accounts to circumvent limits;
  • Engaged in wash trading, self-dealing, or non-bona fide transactions;
  • Used VPNs or other means to misrepresent location.

Non-qualifying activity includes: margin trading, futures, staking, stablecoin-to-stablecoin trades, or off-platform transfers.

Notification of Reward

Rewards will be credited directly to eligible participants’ Kraken accounts within 30 days after eligibility is verified.

Kraken may request additional documentation prior to issuing the Reward.

Consents and Approvals

By entering the Promotion, you consent to Kraken’s use of your information for administration of the Promotion and related purposes, including marketing communications.

Kraken is not responsible for technical failures, network issues, or events beyond its control that may affect participation.

Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating, you release and hold harmless Kraken and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation or receipt of the Reward.

BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE THAT:

(1) DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY (NO CLASS ACTION);
(2) DAMAGES ARE LIMITED TO OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS (MAX $25);
(3) NO PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
(4) NO RIGHT TO INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.

Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in London under LCIA rules.

General Rules

Kraken reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion or these Rules at any time, including if any issue arises that affects the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.

Kraken’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the Promotion. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
