This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).

2. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in approved ROW Green countries, excluding:
• European Economic Area (EEA) jurisdictions;
• France and French territories listed under the EEA variation below;

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on April 9, 2026 and continues on an ongoing basis until terminated by Kraken in its sole discretion. Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the Promotion at any time.

4. How to Participate

To qualify for the Promotion, you must:
A. Create a Kraken Consumer or Pro account (new users only);
B. Complete Intermediate level KYC verification;
C. Complete crypto trades totaling at least $100 USD within the first 30 days of creating your Kraken account.

Limit: One (1) reward per participant.

5. Reward

Each eligible participant will receive a reward of cryptocurrency equivalent to $15 USD in value (the “Reward”), credited to their Kraken account within 30 days of confirmation of compliance with these Terms.

The Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Kraken may substitute the Reward with one of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

6. Eligibility to Participate

You are eligible to participate if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion:
• You reside in one of the Eligible Areas listed above;
• You have created and verified a Kraken account to the Intermediate KYC level;
• You agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
• You are not a “Kraken Related Party”;
• You are not otherwise ineligible under applicable law.

Kraken Related Parties include employees, officers, directors, managers, agents, consultants, or representatives of Kraken, their family members, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotion agencies.

By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

7. Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify you if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have:
• Violated these Terms or the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
• Provided false or misleading information;
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity;
• Attempted to circumvent limits, including by creating multiple accounts.

8. Notification of Reward

Rewards will be automatically credited to eligible accounts within 30 days of qualification.

If a participant’s account is closed, suspended, or not in good standing at the time of distribution, Kraken may withhold or cancel the Reward.

9. Consents and Approvals

By entering the Promotion, you agree that any content and any other information submitted by you or collected by Kraken in connection with the Promotion may be used by Kraken, including their affiliated business entities.

Further, you consent to and opt-in to any communications, including marketing communications, from Kraken.

Except as otherwise contemplated in these Terms, Kraken will use personal information collected in connection with the Promotion in accordance with its online privacy policy located at .

10. Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for any changes or unavailability of your internet or any other interference with your ability to access or otherwise participate in the Promotion.

Without limiting any other provision in these Terms, Kraken and Kraken Related Parties are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by events beyond their control.

11. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Kraken and the Kraken Related Parties from any claims arising out of participation or receipt of the Reward.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
(1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO CLASS ACTION;

Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Tax Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of the Reward. Kraken does not provide tax advice.

13. General Terms

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and marketing materials, these Terms shall control.

14. Entire Agreement
