BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open only to participants residing in jurisdictions where Kraken services (including futures trading) are available and where participation in such promotions is permitted under applicable law.

The United Kingdom is not eligible to participate.

Participation is subject to Kraken’s internal geo marketing framework and applicable local restrictions.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on April 15, 2026 and ends on June 30, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Participate

To qualify for the Promotion, you must:

  • Have a Kraken account (new or existing users are eligible);
  • Complete Intermediate-level KYC verification;
  • During the Promotion Period, execute futures trades totaling at least USD $10,000 in leveraged notional trading volume on Kraken Pro (the “Qualifying Activity”).

Only futures trading volume counts toward the Qualifying Activity. Spot trading, margin trading, staking, or any other products do not qualify.

Determination of Winners

This is an incentive promotion. Every eligible participant who completes the Qualifying Activity in compliance with these Rules will receive the Reward.

Reward

Eligible participants will receive USD $50 worth of Bitcoin (BTC), credited to their Kraken account within 30 days of confirmation of compliance with these Rules.

Limit one (1) Reward per user for the duration of the Promotion.

The Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Kraken may substitute the Reward with one of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Eligibility to Participate in the Promotion

You are eligible to participate if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion Period, you:

  • Reside in the Eligible Areas identified above;
  • Have completed Intermediate-level KYC verification;
  • Agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
  • Agree to these Rules and comply with all requirements herein;

Are not otherwise ineligible under applicable law.By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant if Kraken determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has:

  • Violated these Rules or the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
  • Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity, including wash trading or self-dealing;
  • Attempted to circumvent the one-reward-per-user limit (including via multiple accounts or other means).

Notification of Reward

The Reward will be credited directly to eligible participants’ Kraken accounts within 30 days after verification of compliance with these Rules.

Kraken may request additional information or documentation prior to issuing the Reward. Accounts must be in good standing at the time of distribution or the Reward may be withheld or forfeited.

Consents and Approvals

By entering the Promotion, you agree that any content and any other information submitted by you or collected by Kraken in connection with the Promotion may be used by Kraken, including its affiliated entities.

You consent to receive communications, including marketing communications, from Kraken.

You also consent to Kraken sharing your information with third parties for the purpose of administering this Promotion and complying with applicable laws.

Kraken is not responsible for any interruption or unavailability of services that may affect your ability to participate.

Kraken and its affiliates are not liable for any loss or damage arising from events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, regulatory changes, system failures, or market disruptions.

Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Kraken and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your participation or receipt of the Reward.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE THAT:

(1) ANY DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT CLASS ACTION;
(2) CLAIMS ARE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS NOT EXCEEDING $25;
(3) YOU WAIVE RIGHTS TO PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
(4) YOUR REMEDY IS LIMITED TO MONETARY DAMAGES ONLY.

Any dispute arising under or related to this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

All disputes shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England under the LCIA rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of the Reward. Kraken does not provide tax advice.

General Rules

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Kraken’s decisions regarding the Promotion are final and binding.
