BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. PARTICIPATION REQUIRES COMPLETING THE QUALIFYING ACTIVITIES DESCRIBED BELOW.

Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open only to participants residing in jurisdictions where Kraken services are available and where participation in such promotions is permitted under applicable law.

Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible to participate.

Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on April 8, 2026 and ends on April 20, 2026.

How to Participate

To qualify for the Promotion, you must:

  • Create a Kraken account;
  • Complete required KYC verification (level as required by Kraken to enable deposits);
  • Make a qualifying cash deposit of €10 equivalent or more into your Kraken account during the Promotion Period.

Limit: One (1) entry per client.

Determination of Winners

This is an incentive promotion. Every eligible participant who completes the entry steps will receive the reward, subject to these Rules.

Reward

Eligible participants will receive €10 in BTC (Approximate Retail Value: €10), credited to their Kraken account within 30 days of confirmation of compliance with these Rules.

Limit one reward per user. The reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Kraken may substitute a reward of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Eligibility to Participate in the Promotion

You are eligible to participate in the Promotion if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion, you:

  • Reside in the Eligible Areas identified above;
  • Agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
  • Agree to these Rules and comply with all requirements herein;
  • Are not otherwise ineligible under applicable law.

By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria.

Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the participant has:

  • Violated these Rules, the Kraken.com Terms of Service, or applicable law;
  • Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity;
  • Attempted to circumvent Promotion limits (including via multiple accounts).

Notification of Reward

The reward will be credited directly to eligible participants’ Kraken accounts within 30 days after verification of eligibility and compliance. Kraken may require additional information prior to issuing the reward.

Consents and Approvals

By entering the Promotion, you agree that any information submitted or collected may be used by Kraken and its affiliates for administering the Promotion and for marketing communications.

You consent to Kraken sharing your information with third parties as necessary to administer the Promotion and comply with applicable laws.

Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for:

  • Internet or technical issues affecting participation;
  • Late, lost, or misdirected entries;
  • Events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, or regulatory changes.

Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating, you release Kraken and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation or receipt of the reward.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Disputes will be resolved individually, not as part of any class action;
  • Recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs not exceeding $25;
  • No punitive, incidental, or consequential damages may be awarded.

Any dispute arising under or related to this Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

All disputes shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England under LCIA rules. Judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Kraken may seek equitable relief in court where appropriate.

Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of the reward. Kraken does not provide tax advice.

General Rules

Kraken reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time;
  • Disqualify participants acting in violation of these Rules;
  • Interpret these Rules in its sole discretion.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
