KRAK €1 COFFEE/FOOD PROMOTION

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS") AND TO THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE. THESE TERMS FORM A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND THE SPONSOR. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING.


1. Sponsor

This Promotion is sponsored by Tulip HoldCo Ltd., located at 2nd Floor, Water's Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands ("Sponsor" or "Kraken"). Krak e-money and payment services are provided by Payward Ireland Limited, trading as Kraken, regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.


2. Eligible Area

This Promotion is valid only at The Block coffee shop located at Gaasterlandstraat 401, 1079 RH Amsterdam, Netherlands, during the Promotion Period specified below.

The Promotion is open to Money20/20 Europe attendees and members of the general public present at the venue during the Promotion Period, subject to eligibility requirements and availability.


3. Promotion Period

The Promotion will run during the following sessions:

Coffee House
June 2–3, 2026 — from opening until close.

Lunch Settlement
June 2–3, 2026 — from 12:00 to 14:00 local time.

Waffle Rave
June 2–3, 2026 — from 16:00 local time until close on each applicable day.

Krak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or any session at any time in its sole discretion.


4. How to Participate

To redeem the promotional offer, participants must:

  1. Download the Krak mobile application on iOS or Android;
  2. Create or log into a Krak account;
  3. Fund the Krak account with the minimum required amount to participate in promotional activities.
  4. Create and activate a virtual Krak Card;
  5. Use the virtual Krak Card via NFC/tap payment at the point of sale at The Block coffee shop during an eligible Promotion session.

The promotional price of €1 will be applied by the venue operator at the point of sale upon successful payment using an eligible Krak Card.

Transactions are processed at the applicable market rate through the Krak Card payment network.


5. Promotional Offers

Coffee House
Eligible participants may purchase one (1) specialty drink for €1 during the applicable session. Excludes V60 and Chemex filter drip beverages.

Lunch Settlement
Eligible participants may purchase one (1) food item (toastie or salad) and one (1) drink for €1 during the applicable session. Excludes V60 and Chemex filter drip beverages.

Waffle Rave
Eligible participants may purchase one (1) sweet waffle and one (1) drink for €1 during the applicable session. Excludes V60 and Chemex filter drip beverages.


6. Redemption Limits

Limit one (1) redemption per person.

A participant may redeem:

  • one (1) Coffee House offer;
  • one (1) Lunch Settlement offer; and
  • one (1) Waffle Rave offer,

provided all eligibility requirements are met for each redemption.

The Promotion is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or any substitute item.


7. Availability

All offers are subject to availability and while supplies last.

Krak and The Block reserve the right to substitute menu items or refuse redemption where products are unavailable.


8. Krak Card Cashback

Eligible Krak Card cashback rewards, including cashback of up to 2%1, may apply to qualifying €1 transactions in accordance with the Krak Card terms and conditions and applicable eligibility requirements.

Cashback is not guaranteed and may vary by user, jurisdiction, or account status.


9. Eligibility

You are eligible to participate in the Promotion if, at the time of participation and during the Promotion Period, you:

  1. Are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence;
  2. Have successfully created or hold a valid Krak account;
  3. Have completed any required identity verification or compliance checks requested by Krak;
  4. Have an active and funded Krak account with a functioning virtual Krak Card;
  5. Comply with the Kraken.com Terms of Service and these Terms; and
  6. Are not otherwise prohibited from participating under applicable law.

10. Disqualification

Krak reserves the right to disqualify any participant or refuse redemption if Krak determines, in its sole discretion, that a participant has:

  1. Violated these Terms or the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
  2. Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or manipulative conduct;
  3. Attempted to circumvent redemption limits through multiple accounts or other means; or
  4. Violated applicable law or payment network rules.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with Kraken's Privacy Notice available at:
https://kraken.com/legal/privacy

By participating in the Promotion, you consent to the collection and processing of your information for administration of the Promotion and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.


12. Disclaimers

Krak is not responsible for:

  1. Failed or declined payments;
  2. NFC or mobile wallet incompatibility;
  3. Internet, mobile network, or device failures;
  4. Venue operational interruptions; or
  5. Any delay or inability to participate caused by events outside Krak's reasonable control.

Without limiting any other provision of these Terms, Krak shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from acts of God, epidemic, labor disputes, governmental actions, terrorism, civil disturbances, power outages, technical failures, or other force majeure events.


13. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to and hereby release and hold harmless Tulip HoldCo Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Kraken") from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability ("Claims") that may arise from your participation in this Promotion or redemption of any promotional item, regardless of whether such Claims exist at the time of participation or arise at any time thereafter.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE US DOLLARS (USD $25.00). ATTORNEYS' FEES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE; (2) YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS; AND (3) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES ONLY.

Dispute resolution and governing law are governed by the Kraken Terms of Service applicable to you, available at https://www.kraken.com/legal/eea-terms (including Section 15) for EEA residents, and https://www.kraken.com/legal/global-terms for all other participants.

14. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges associated with participation in the Promotion or receipt of any associated rewards or cashback.


15. General Terms

Krak reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion at any time and for any reason.

Failure by Krak to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

In the event of any conflict between promotional materials and these Terms, these Terms shall control.
