Kraken x AWF1 April Giveaway - Official Rules

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Sponsor

This Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).

Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open to eligible participants residing in jurisdictions where Kraken operates, excluding any jurisdictions where such promotions are prohibited by law.
The United Kingdom is excluded.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on April 13, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. EST and ends on April 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST (“Promotion Period”).

How to Participate

A. Standard Entry Method

During the Promotion Period, participants may enter by:

1. Accessing the promotional content hosted via Atlassian Williams F1 Team - Racing channels (article, app, or newsletter);

2. Selecting the desired giveaway item;

3. Completing the applicable entry flow:

• Shirts Giveaway: Submit first, last name, email and provide a valid Kraken Public ID (with sign-up available if needed).

Upon completion, participants will receive one (1) entry into the applicable giveaway.

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without completing any trading or account activity, participants may:

• Mail a postcard with their full name, email address, country of residence, and desired prize category to the designated PO Box address (as provided by Sponsor).

Mail-in entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible and will receive one (1) entry, equal in weight to all other entries.

Maximum Entries

Limit one (1) entry per person per activation, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries or attempts to exceed this limit may result in disqualification.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Drawings will occur after the Promotion Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Prizes

Participants may win one of the following:

• 10x Atlassian Williams F1 Team 2026 team tech tees (Approximate Retail Value: $50 each)

Total Approximate Retail Value: $500 USD

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value.

Prizes are subject to availability and eligibility verification.

Eligibility to Participate

You are eligible to participate if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion:

• You reside in an Eligible Area;

• You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;

• You agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service;

• You agree to these Official Rules;

• You are not a Kraken Related Party.

“Kraken Related Parties” include employees, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, and their immediate family or household members.

Kraken account registration (Consumer account) may be required for prize fulfillment, subject to applicable KYC requirements based on jurisdiction.

Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has:

• Violated these Rules or Kraken Terms of Service;

• Submitted false or misleading information;

• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior;

• Attempted to circumvent entry limits (e.g., multiple accounts).

Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at entry.

Kraken may require additional information, including identity verification (KYC), prior to prize fulfillment. Failure to complete required verification may result in forfeiture.

Consents and Approvals

By entering the Promotion, you agree that any content or information submitted may be used by Kraken and its affiliated entities for promotional and administrative purposes.

You consent to receiving communications, including marketing communications, from Kraken.

You acknowledge that if you are a winner, your identifying information may be shared with third parties for purposes of administering the Promotion and complying with applicable laws.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with Kraken’s Privacy Notice:

Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for:

• Technical failures, network issues, or lost entries;

• Any inability to access the Promotion;

• Events beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or regulatory changes.

Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Kraken and its affiliates including without limitation Atlassian Williams F1 Team from any claims arising out of participation or prize use.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

1. Disputes will be resolved individually, without class action;

2. Claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs (not exceeding $25);

3. No punitive, incidental, or consequential damages may be awarded;

4. No equitable relief may be sought.

Governing Law:
These Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Arbitration:
Any dispute shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England under LCIA rules, with judgment enforceable in any competent court.

Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

General Rules

Kraken reserves the right to modify these Rules at any time and to cancel or suspend the Promotion, in its sole discretion, if any issue beyond its control affects the administration, security, or proper operation of the Promotion. In such cases, Kraken will post notice on its website.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Rules does not constitute a waiver. Kraken’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the Promotion, and participants waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Rules.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned, Kraken reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it and, if applicable, select winners from eligible entries received prior to such action or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate.
