BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.

Effective Date: 26 May 2026

1. Sponsor

This Promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by Tulip HoldCo Ltd., located at 2nd Floor, Water's Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands ("Sponsor" or "Kraken").

2. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open to eligible customers in jurisdictions where Kraken Margin trading is available, excluding the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, and Canada.

Void where prohibited.

Kraken reserves the right to verify jurisdiction of residence at any time. Participants found to reside in an ineligible jurisdiction will be disqualified and any reward issued will be subject to clawback.

3. Promotion Period

This Promotion commences on 18 May 2026 and continues on an always-on basis until terminated by the Sponsor ("Promotion Period"). The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Each individual participant has a 21-day personal window from the date they are whitelisted into the Promotion ("Personal Window") to:

Enrol into the Promotion via the Kraken Pro Rewards Hub; and
Complete the qualifying activity described in Section 4.

Participants who do not enrol and complete the qualifying activity within their Personal Window will not be eligible to receive the Reward for that cycle.

4. How to Participate / Qualifying Activity

To be eligible to receive the Reward, a participant must complete all of the following steps within their Personal Window:

Be resident in an Eligible Area at the time of enrolment.
Enrol into the Promotion via the Kraken Pro Rewards Hub.
Place a margin trade or trades with a cumulative notional volume of at least USD $500 on Kraken Pro after enrolling. Multiple trades may be combined to meet the threshold. Trades involving stablecoin pairs are excluded.

Trades completed before enrolment will not count towards the qualifying threshold. Only trades completed after enrolment will be counted.

There is no free alternative method of entry. This Promotion is an incentive, not a sweepstakes or contest.

5. Reward

Participants who meet all eligibility requirements and complete the qualifying activity will receive one of the following BTC rewards ("Reward"):

USD $100 worth of BTC
USD $200 worth of BTC
USD $400 worth of BTC
USD $600 worth of BTC
USD $1,000 worth of BTC

The specific Reward amount each participant receives will be determined by a random draw at the time of the qualifying trade. The BTC value of the Reward is calculated using the prevailing BTC/USD price at the time of credit.

One Reward per person, per household, and per account. The Reward has no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged.

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Reward with one of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

6. Eligibility to Participate

To be eligible to participate, a participant must:

Be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater).
Hold an active Kraken Pro account with KYC verification completed to at least Intermediate (Tier 3) level.
Be resident in an Eligible Area at the time of enrolment.
Have margin trading enabled on their Kraken Pro account. For US participants, margin trading access must not have been revoked.
Have never previously made a margin trade on Kraken Pro (new-to-margin users only).

7. Disqualification

Participants will be disqualified and any Reward forfeited or clawed back if they:

Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information in connection with this Promotion.
Engage in wash trading, self-funding, self-dealing, or any manipulative trading activity.
Use a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
Hold multiple Kraken accounts or attempt to claim the Reward on more than one account.
Violate Kraken's Terms of Service or any applicable law or regulation.
Are found to be resident in an ineligible jurisdiction at any time during or after the Promotion Period.

8. Reward Distribution

To receive the Reward, a participant must, at the time of distribution:

Hold a Kraken Pro account in good standing with margin trading enabled.
Have completed at least Intermediate (Tier 3) KYC verification, plus any additional verification required by Kraken or applicable law.

If these requirements are not met at the time of distribution, the Reward may be forfeited or clawed back.

Eligible participants will receive the Reward automatically within 14 business days of the qualifying trade being confirmed. The Reward will be credited to the participant's Kraken Pro account in BTC.

The Reward is subject to a withdrawal hold of 30 days from the date of credit. During the hold period, the Reward may not be withdrawn from the participant's Kraken Pro account.

One Reward per person, per household, and per account. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Reward with one of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

9. Consents and Approvals

By participating, participants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal data by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering this Promotion, in accordance with Kraken's Privacy Policy available at https://kraken.com/legal/privacy.

10. Disclaimers

Trading on margin involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all participants. Margin trading uses leverage which amplifies both gains and losses. Participants may lose more than their initial investment if the market moves against them, and positions may be liquidated to cover losses. Participants are responsible for managing their own risk exposure, including understanding collateral requirements, leverage, liquidation, and borrowing costs.

The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical failures affecting participation, any loss suffered as a result of participating, or any change in the value of BTC between issuance and withdrawal.

In the event of conflict between these Official Rules and any marketing materials, these Official Rules shall control.

11. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to and hereby release and hold harmless Tulip HoldCo Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Kraken") from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability ("Claims") that may arise from your acceptance, possession, and/or use of any Reward or your participation in this Promotion, regardless of whether such Claims exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE US DOLLARS (USD $25.00). ATTORNEYS' FEES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE; (2) YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS; AND (3) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES ONLY.

12. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed in connection with the receipt or use of the Reward. The Sponsor will not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of participants.

13. General Terms

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time with reasonable notice. These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between the participant and the Sponsor with respect to this Promotion. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
