BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.

Eligible Areas
The Promotion is open only to participants residing in jurisdictions where Kraken margin trading is available and permitted under applicable law.
Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible to participate.
Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Promotion Period
Beginning on April 1, 2026, and ending on April 30, 2026.
How to Participate
To participate in the Promotion, eligible users must:
- Have a verified Kraken account; and
- Complete at least USD $500 in margin trading volume on Kraken Pro during the Promotion Period.
Limit: One (1) reward per eligible client.
Determination of Winners
This is an incentive promotion. Every eligible participant who completes the required qualifying activity will receive the reward, subject to these Official Rules. Rewards are distributed via Rewards Hub automation.
Reward
Eligible participants will receive $100 worth of Bitcoin (BTC) (Approximate Retail Value: $100), credited to their Kraken account within thirty (30) days after confirmation of compliance with these Official Rules.
The reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Kraken reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
Limit one (1) reward per user.
Eligibility to Participate in the Promotion
You are eligible to participate if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion Period, you:
- Reside in the Eligible Areas listed above;
- Have a verified Kraken Pro account (KYC level as required by Kraken);
- Agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
- Agree to these Official Rules and comply with all requirements herein; and
- Are not otherwise ineligible under applicable law or Kraken policies.
By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
Disqualification
Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the participant has:
- Violated these Official Rules or the Kraken Terms of Service;
- Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity (including wash trading or multiple accounts); or
- Violated any applicable law or regulation.
Notification of Reward
Rewards will be credited directly to eligible participants’ Kraken accounts within thirty (30) days after eligibility verification. Kraken may request additional information or documentation prior to reward distribution.
Accounts must be in good standing at the time of reward issuance, or the reward may be forfeited.
Consents and Approvals
By participating, you consent to Kraken’s collection and use of your personal information for purposes of administering the Promotion and complying with applicable laws.
You also consent to receive communications, including marketing communications, from Kraken.

Disclaimers
Kraken is not responsible for any inability to access or participate in the Promotion due to technical issues or other factors beyond its control.
Kraken and its affiliates are not liable for any losses arising from events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, system failures, regulatory changes, or market disruptions.
Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Kraken and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your participation in the Promotion or receipt of any reward.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Disputes will be resolved individually, without class action;
- Claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs not exceeding $25;
- No punitive, incidental, or consequential damages may be awarded; and
- You waive any right to injunctive or equitable relief.
Any dispute arising under or related to this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
All disputes shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England, under the LCIA rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations arising from receipt of the reward. Kraken does not provide tax advice.
General Rules
Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time.
If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned, Kraken may cancel or modify it at its sole discretion.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Kraken’s decisions regarding the Promotion are final and binding.
