Atlassian Williams F1 Team Bitcoin Pizza Day Price Prediction Contest - Official Rules

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Tulip HoldCo Ltd., located at 2nd Floor, Water's Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).

2. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), the United States (excluding Maine and New York), and other jurisdictions where Kraken services are available.

Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period

The Contest begins on May 14, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Contest Period”).

Entries submitted outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Contest, eligible participants must during the Contest Period:

1.Complete and submit the official Contest form located in the Bitcoin Pizza Day section of the Atlassian Williams F1 Team App;

2.Submit a prediction for the exact USD value of Bitcoin at 14:00 UTC on May 22, 2026, as reflected on Kraken;

3.Complete all required form fields, including:

  • first name,

  • last name,

  • email address,

  • phone number,

  • trading frequency question,

  • eligibility confirmations.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address.

If multiple entries are submitted by the same participant, only the first submitted entry, based on timestamp, will be considered valid.

No automated, bulk, or third-party entries are permitted.

5. Winner Determination

This is a skill-based contest. The winner will be the eligible participant whose submitted Bitcoin price prediction is closest to the official BTC/USD price displayed on Kraken at exactly 14:00:00 UTC on May 22, 2026.

The official reference price shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion using Kraken’s BTC/USD spot market pricing data.

If two or more eligible participants submit equally close predictions, the tied participant who submitted the earliest valid entry will be selected as the winner.

Sponsor’s determination of the winner and all calculations are final and binding.

6. Prize

One (1) eligible winner will receive:

  • Bitcoin (“BTC”) with an approximate retail value of US$1,000 at the time of award.

The prize will be credited to the winner’s verified Kraken Consumer account within thirty (30) days after:

  • eligibility verification,

  • completion of required KYC procedures,

  • and confirmation of compliance with these Official Rules.

The winner must successfully create and verify a Kraken Consumer account to the Intermediate verification level within fourteen (14) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

7. Eligibility

You are eligible to participate in the Contest only if, at the time of entry and throughout the Contest Period, you:

  • reside in an Eligible Area;

  • are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater;

  • agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service;

  • comply with these Official Rules and applicable law;

  • are not a Kraken Related Party.

“Kraken Related Parties” include Sponsor employees, officers, directors, managers, agents, consultants, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, and members of their immediate households or families.

8. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has:

  • violated these Official Rules or the Kraken Terms of Service;

  • submitted false or misleading information;

  • attempted to submit multiple entries;

  • used bots, scripts, automation, or fraudulent methods;

  • engaged in abusive, manipulative, deceptive, or unlawful conduct.

9. Winner Notification

Potential winners may be notified by email, phone, social media message, or other contact information submitted with the entry.

If a selected winner:

  • cannot be contacted,

  • fails to respond within the timeframe specified by Sponsor,

  • fails to complete required account verification,

  • or is otherwise determined ineligible,

Sponsor may disqualify that participant and select an alternate eligible winner.

10. Consents and Privacy

By entering the Contest, you agree that information submitted in connection with the Contest may be used by Sponsor and its affiliated entities for purposes of administering the Contest and complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be processed in accordance with Kraken’s Privacy Notice located at:

Consent to receive marketing communications is optional and is not required to enter or win the Contest.

11. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, likeness, city/country of residence, social handle, and statements related to the Contest for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation or notice.

12. Disclaimers

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • lost, late, incomplete, invalid, corrupted, or misdirected entries;

  • technical failures of any kind;

  • internet or platform interruptions;

  • unauthorized human intervention;

  • or any other errors affecting administration of the Contest.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.

13. Limitation of Liability; Disputes; Governing Law

By participating in this Contest, you agree to and hereby release and hold harmless Tulip HoldCo Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Kraken") from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability ("Claims") that may arise from your acceptance, possession, and/or use of any Prize or your participation in this Contest, regardless of whether such Claims exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE US DOLLARS (USD $25.00). ATTORNEYS' FEES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE; (2) YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS; AND (3) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES ONLY.
