Frax is a fractional-algorithmic stablecoin protocol encompassing a two token system. The Frax stablecoin (FRAX) combines crypto collateral and algorithmic mechanisms in attempt to track the price of the dollar. The protocol is governed by a community of Frax Share (FXS) holders. FXS is used to propose and vote on changes to the protocol, such as adjustments to the fee structure, collateral pools and the collateral ratio.
