BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. Promotion Period

2:00 PM UTC on May 19, 2025 to 12:00 PM UTC on August 16, 2025

How to Participate
  1. Enter your full name (first and last) and email address.
  2. Submit a prediction of the price of Bitcoin in GBP to the nearest whole pound, as of 12:00 PM UTC on August 16, 2025.
  3. Limit one entry per person.
  4. Entry must be submitted through the official entry form, which may be shared via Kraken’s social media channels, email, or partner channels.
  5. No Kraken account is required to participate.

Determination of Winners

One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries submitted during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Prizes

One (1) winner will receive four (4) hospitality tickets to a Tottenham Hotspur home game of their choice during the 2025/2026 season. Approximate Retail Value: £2,000–£3,000 depending on match selection and final allocation. Tickets are non-transferable. Travel, accommodation, and other associated costs are not included.

  1. Eligibility to Participate in the Giveaway

You are eligible if you:

  • Reside in an Eligible Area
  • Are not a Kraken Related Party (employee, agent, family member, etc.)
  • Are not otherwise disqualified under applicable law or these Rules
  • Are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry

If a winner resides in Canada, they must correctly answer a time-limited skill-based test question to be eligible to receive the prize.

Kraken may disqualify entrants who:

  • Submit false information
  • Engage in fraud or misconduct
  • Violate these rules or any applicable law
  1. Notification of Winner

Winners will be contacted using the email address provided upon entry. If the selected winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, or does not meet eligibility criteria, Kraken may select an alternate winner at its discretion.

  1. Consents and Approvals

By entering, you consent to:

  • Kraken using your entry data for administration and compliance
  • Kraken publicly announcing your name and general location if you win
  • Marketing communications from Kraken (you may opt out at any time)
  1. Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, or misdirected entries
  • Technical issues with platforms or software
  • Prizes lost or damaged in transit
  • Force majeure events such as war, natural disaster, or regulation changes
  1. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By entering, you release Kraken from any liability arising from your entry or use of the prize. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law:

  • Any disputes will be resolved individually, without class action
  • Damages are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, not to exceed $25.00
  • No attorneys’ fees, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages will be awarded
  • These Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales
  • Any disputes will be resolved via confidential arbitration in London, England under LCIA rules
  1. General Rules

Kraken may modify these Rules at any time. We may suspend or cancel the Giveaway due to fraud, technical issues, or other disruptions. If the prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with one of equal or greater value. Failure to enforce any rule shall not constitute a waiver. If any rule is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in force.
