What is the Krak Card?

The Krak Card is a Mastercard debit card that lets you spend directly from your Krak Everyday account balance, anywhere Mastercard is accepted – online, in-store, and at ATMs in over 190 countries worldwide.

Am I eligible for the Krak Card?

You must have a verified Krak account with completed KYC (identity verification). Krak Card is currently available to residents of the UK and the EU, with more countries coming soon. See this Krak Card Support Center Article to see if you are eligible for the Krak Card.

Where can I use my card?

You can spend on your Krak Card at any of the 110M+ merchants that Mastercard® is accepted at, worldwide, and withdraw cash from ATMs.

What are the fees associated with Krak Card?

The card is free to order and it has no monthly or annual fees. All applicable fees are outlined in the pricing page.

Where can I earn cashback and how fast can I get it?

Anywhere your Krak Card is accepted, you'll get up to 2% cashback on the transaction the instant it settles.

How does multi-currency spend work?

Seamlessly. When you tap to pay, we spend your currencies in the order you set out. If your first currency doesn’t cover the full amount, we combine as many as you need.
