The app is available in all regions except Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria. This restriction is based on the registered address of your Google Play or Apple App Store account and is not related to the address registered on your Kraken account.

For issues with deleting a card, please note that once your card or banking information is stored, it's not possible to access and edit. You will need to delete the stored information and then add it again with the updated information if needed. To delete card or banking information, click on the profile icon in the top left corner of your screen and click on Payment methods. Select the account you want to remove and slide it to the left, and click Remove.
